Ho acquistato il sensore per perdite d’acqua Aqara SJCGQ11LM per proteggere alcune aree della mia casa particolarmente a rischio di perdite, come il bagno e la cucina, e devo dire che è stata un’ottima scelta. La configurazione è semplice e veloce grazie alla tecnologia Zigbee, che garantisce una connessione stabile e reattiva al mio sistema domotico. Il dispositivo è compatibile con Home Assistant e altri hub Aqara, rendendolo perfetto per chi, come me, ha già un ecosistema smart in casa. Il sensore è piccolo e discreto, quindi può essere posizionato praticamente ovunque senza essere invasivo. Una volta attivato, rileva in maniera immediata anche piccole tracce di acqua, inviando una notifica sullo smartphone. Ho testato il dispositivo con una piccola quantità di acqua e il segnale è arrivato quasi istantaneamente. Un aspetto che ho apprezzato è la batteria a lunga durata: si tratta di una CR2032 che dovrebbe garantire diversi mesi di utilizzo senza necessità di sostituzione. Inoltre, il dispositivo è resistente all’acqua (IP67), quindi può tranquillamente essere posizionato anche in ambienti umidi senza problemi. Per sfruttare al massimo le sue potenzialità, serve un hub compatibile Zigbee, io l'ho integrato direttamente in Home assistant e sono soddisfatto del lavoro che svolge. Conclusione: Il sensore per perdite d’acqua Aqara è un dispositivo indispensabile per chi vuole prevenire i danni causati da perdite o allagamenti. È affidabile, facile da configurare e perfettamente integrabile in una casa smart. Lo consiglio vivamente, specialmente per chi cerca una soluzione pratica e sicura per monitorare aree critiche.

J'ai eu quelques difficultés pour appairer le capteur au hub M2. Le bouton goutte d'eau n'est pas sensible, il faut tâtonner longtemps. Par contre ensuite fonctionne parfaitement. Très réactif, le signal zigbee est instantané, le hub M2 déclenche une alarme sonore, envoie une notification sur le smartphone et chez moi déclenche un module switch T1 avec neutre actionnant une électrovanne coupant l'arrivée d'eau juste après compteur. Le zigbee rend le système indépendant d'Internet, en cas de coupure ADSL l'électrovanne est encore actionnée. Donc plus de sécurité!. Le hub est indispensable et permet d'ajouter des capteurs, j'ai 3 capteurs inondations connectés sans problème. L'application Aqara home permet de gérer le tout et elle n'est pas buggée!!
