For $0.70 a day for 30 days, these greens are the best priced supplement on the market. (Trust me, I've checked around.) The best way to drink it in my opinion, is a lovely concoction by putting a scoop of powder in green-tea, with a splash of milk and a tinier splash of fresh apple juice. It has a very very earthy taste that I'm lucky enough to actually enjoy, but some might find the taste too grassy, it all depends on your taste buds. If you mix it with 24oz of another flavored drink, (like my noted tea mixture,) the taste of the powder comes through very mildly, some might find drinking it that way more bearable. While drinking it as a meal replacement it's helped me lose weight while retaining energy. I suppose skipping lunch is an obvious way to shed some pounds, but at least with the powder it's a healthier way to go about it. My only issue with this supplement is that it does not dissolve fully. It mixes great, yet doesn't dissolve, but I feel like that's what real green powder is suppose to do. Between every other sip, I have to shake my bottle or stir my glass to keep it from all settling to the bottom of my drink. My suggestion; throw a scoop of powder in with a very icy smoothie to keep the greens well distributed throughout. Overall I highly recommend this product. It tastes great, you can put it in anything, it makes you feel great, and it's honestly cheap. You can't get better than that. -TMI below Warning- - - - Drinking the Detox and Digest powder has cured my constipation, in an even better way than prunes ever did. It's made me regular, and with no struggle in the bathroom whatsoever.

I started using the Detox & Digest powder as part of a "digestive reset" that my Dr suggested for me. After many months, tests, (and dollars...) turns out I have some kind of food sensitivity that's causing my joint pain & inflammation. Basically I had to purge everything out of all of my systems and start over to see what was specifically causing me the most problems. I found this as a supplement to the (few) things I could eat for the first several weeks. I added this to my morning smoothie/juice and it seemed to help. I figure, anything that looks & tastes this vile must be good for you, right? Note that this product is much more for FUNCTION than form - it does NOT taste like cupcakes & rainbows. Honestly, it tastes like mowed grass & raw green vegetables - but who cares - it's going into a smoothie or some juice anyway. The main draw for me was the wheatgrass (which was the #1 thing my Dr told me helps with detox), and the detox blend ingredients - PLUS no sugar, no dairy, no gluten (no corn). Taste was the least of my concerns, I really just needed something that was clean, that WORKED, and wasn't obscenely expensive. THIS IS IT. I'm two weeks in, and do feel much better, my skin is a bit clearer, and I do notice less joint pain. This in combination with a handful of other lifestyle changes, so I can't definitively say how much impact it had on it's own, but I plan to keep using this even if/when I get my food issue identified. I'm looking forward to trying other products from Amazing Grass as well. For the price, I found it very effective, accessible (can get it online, at Target, etc.), and beneficial. I would recommend, and I will purchase again.

It's a very fine powder, just like Japanese Green Tea. So it's something I recommend doing for it's much more palatable and it will taste great. Heat a full coffee cup of water. Add one scoop. Blend well with a fork or whisk. Add a little sweetener. Is such a sugar or honey to make it even better. It will taste like a green makatie.That's very rich and flavorful. And it also seems to help activate it better cuz. If I have an upset stomach, did I drink one cup within 2 or 3 hours. I feel amazing. I do that night and it actually relaxes me and the next day.I feel amazing. Especially since I have health issues and this seems to make me feel so much better. You can also add matcha, japanese green tea to it to make it more tea like and up the antioxidants more.

Just received this item today. I mixed the powder with lemon water and it dissolved easily. It comes with a little scooper inside which is convenient. The taste isn’t pleasant, but it’s not terrible either. It’s a good size for the price. I will write an update once I’ve used this for a couple weeks. I’m hoping it increases my energy level and helps with bloating.

I wanted to like this but it is absolutely nasty to me. No matter what I mixed it in it almost taste like eating dirt. But on the other hand it did work as far and the detox and digest part goes. I personally just couldn't past the taste.

Don't worry about the bad-taste reviews. Once mixed with a desirable juice, it's fine. It's the results we are looking for and that's what this provides.
