It’s a very cute bike. The manufacture quality is not high but adequate (if you don’t mind manhandling, aka bending, the fenders to align properly and making other such adjustments). They literally wrapped some parts in plastic for shipping before they screwed them together making it unnecessarily difficult to remove the packaging (forcing several parts to be disassembled and reassembled). In the end, though, the bike is well designed and my daughter loves it. Pro tip: the placement of the vinyl straps for the wicker basket won’t allow for a head light but they can be pulled through the wicker and moved lower on the basket (not easily, but doably). Note: the head light, tail light, and bell were added by me (the taillight was a major effort to install - glad of the result but don’t recommend the exercise). The basket has been involved in several bike accidents — my daughter rides this a lot. The bike is around a year old.

My daughter (4) got this bike for Christmas…it’s a perfect fit and she took off on it right away all through the house. She LOVES having a “big girl” bike. The little basket allows her to put her accessories in, or little stuffed animals to go along with her. Overall, it’s a really cute bike for a little girl!

The instructions that come with it are lacking. Mentions installing a reflector, but didn't come with one. The front fender I am 99% sure is incorrect for the bike I received. Spent a good 45min attempting to adjust it and it would never work without the tire rubbing on the nuts inside the fender. Basically had to do without the front fender. The QR code to adjust the fender was not helpful since it only showed the back fender. I assumed the adjustments were the same but there isn't even enough room between the tire and fender to get a wrench in it. Not happy about how the basket hangs either, but hoping some handlebar adjustments will help. Everything else seems fine. It should be rideable. Just quite a few frustrations with setup.

The bike came with a defect that prevented the proper assembly of the front brakes. I contacted customer service that offered to cover the expenses of the repairs plus a $50 discount for the annoyance.Unfortunately the bike could not be fixed, but they immediately refunded the entire cost of the bike.Recommended

Was delivered without the fenders. Put it together for Christmas and just realized that.

My daughter used this bike about 6 times and loved it. Unfortunately the chain is nit sturdy and it fell off along with the bolt that attaches to it. Now we are looking for a replacement bolt for the bike

I bought the 16 inch based off of the description. What a disappointment! The bike is well made and super cute, but it was so darn small my 7yr was 3x too big for it.

My granddaughter let the bike fall over and the basket shattered. Seemed very fragile and not able to withstand "kid usage."The company replied to this post and is sending a replacement basket... so much unexpected answer!! This shows great customer service.
