Everything works fine and this was easy to set up. It does feel a bit cheap. That's to be expected with the price I paid. Well see how long it lasts. Also I would not recommend this unless your phone has a built in stabilizer. It does get a bit shakey.

Good product, yes the instructions are goofed but it’s pretty easy so figure out how to put it together honestly. It’s convenient but is pretty unstable unless it’s tightened a ton, which can get uncomfortable. The weight is pretty good, not very bulky and I think it’s worth the cost. I got it for nerfing and it’s pretty shaky but if I but my phone into action mode and tighten it up it’s really good. Would recommend.

My phone fell out of the mounts while I was doing a bicycle ride. The good thing is I was going slow but imagine if this was riding a motorcycle on the highway. And just before I put it on my phone I made sure all the knobs were tight super tight and it still came undone

I am pleasantly surprised. I read some of the negative reviews and so I was nervous but I thought, what the heck, it's 17 dollars. The one downside is that there are no instructions on how to put it together, and I thought about taking a star off for that, however, all I had to do was look at the images on Amazon and I figured it out, it's pretty dummy proof. I haven't taken it out to do anything crazy yet, I really just wanted it for fishing and to stream some hikes, but I walked around my house and my yard and it seemed comfortable, stable. I'm a 5'2" 120 lb female and it fit comfortably without smashing the girls. I would wear a supportive bra though ladies or it might make the girls look a bit weird. I'll upload a video to show the stability of it in the vertical position. I tried to pull the phone out of the holder without loosening it and it's pretty secure, I would have had to break it to get it out. Overall, 4.5/5. 0.5 off for the lack of instructions.

Directions are hard to see exactly what they are doing. The straps had to be sewed together on the chest strap waist part. After taking forever to figure out and the sewing, it seems not too sturdy. Would not purchase again

So this thing came with NO instructions... Not poor instructions, literally nothing. A few parts I have no idea what they are for. There is a video, but it's not so great either. The phone is NOT secure. They have "safety lanyards" that look like they would work for a GoPro but that's about it. Not able to use for a cell phone. You need to make dang sure the nuts/bolts stay tight or your phone is gone. The straps are VERY tight. Even loosened all the way. I purchased this to record while riding a motorcycle. I don't see how this thing is going to fit over my riding jacket. First impression is not very good. I'll update once a get a chance to try it.
