Great product but surprised by the texture/taste!
I love Mary Ruth. I have autoimmune issues along with hypothyroidism and it’s caused me to be deficient in a lot of vitamins and minerals. I’ve tried A LOT of this brand and am ALWAYS pleased. I was a little taken back by the thick consistency of this particular product. It can feel a little syrupy, the taste is okay! If you have issues w texture I might try a different variety. I was taking a magnesium citrate gummy and switched to this, day 2 and I’m hoping it will work just as well. I’ll always buy Mary Ruth!!

Cheers to being healthy and calm
Well being healthy is great and not expensive . It actually makes me very calm and sleepy lol. At first it tasted nasty. But the next day it was good especially with cranberry juice.

Taste
It doesn't taste like an edible product. Not sure why. They suggest you put it on things but I wouldn't want to ruin anything. 😂The only other product that made me have such a bodily jerking reaction was my first bidet.Edit : Upon tasting it again I realized how badly it actually tasted. Nearly puked. Inedible. Try to return the product, but it says to contact Mary Ruth. Contacted Mary Ruth, but they immediately said you didn't purchase it through us. Somehow I purchased through a third party which doesn't even sell it (or just had one, 5 cents cheaper). The order history links me to Mary Ruth's listing. With no alternative sellers listed. I'm not sure how it happened, but it happened.Mary Ruth told me they'd give me 20% off after I questioned why there are so many reviews that say the same. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and order it. Hoping maybe just people were overreacting. Trusted the brands quality... Anyways, I told them after they offered - why do you have bad product on shelves., metaphorically.. After a few emails They offered to give me any free item that they have in stock, because apparently this item won't be available until February of next year at the earliest (makes you wonder). To which I replied, why aren't you taking bad product seriously though? To which they finally replied asking for a lot number. At which point I told them they should pull all the product and not be trying to recoup their money off the consumer.. I also said I can't trust the brand anymore, and they can keep their free item. I bought the liquid multivitamin a few weeks before. Threw it in the trash too, just going to call it a loss. Can't get my money back, can't trust the product .Avoid this product, until next year.

great product.
First it is hard to find magnesium in liquid form. I prefer liquid form. Easier to go down. I can sleep at least 5 hours without waking up which is good for me. My left leg no longer has tingling which I directly attribute to the magnesium.Magnesium is essential for bone strength and is associated with maintaining a normal blood pressure. These are all issues I wanted to use this product. Bland taste.

Mary Ruth Magnesium Calm
Seems to be helping with my restless legs, where they are not as intense. After taste is bitter and strong.

These vegan & sugar-free gummies have a delightful hibiscus-flavored. Perfect alternative to hard-to-swallow pills. They offer a gentle daily dose of magnesium citrate that supports bone health, muscle function, and a calm, restful mood. With 60 servings per bottle, it has a 2-month supply to incorporate into your routine. Overall, these gummies blend with a pleasant taste to help support relaxation and wellness.

It works! If you can deal with the awful taste. I couldn’t.
I’m on the keto diet and drinking electrolytes isn’t doing enough in my day to keep up with deficiencies. I had some stiff and soreness in my back and neck. ChatGPT suggested that I had a magnesium deficiency. I have trouble swallowing chunky pills and them getting stuck in my throat, so I thought a liquid magnesium would be perfect for me.Let me say this, it was exactly what I needed. I’ve taken it 3 nights and my pain is mostly gone now. So no doubt this stuff works. So why the 3 stars? I cannot drink it. I don’t know where these other reviews saying it’s delicious got theirs from. But this smells like old gym socks. And it tastes even worse than it smells. It’s thick, like a thick gel with some grit (yes, there’s some grittiness texture as well), so it’s a big gulp of a swallow and it sticks to your tongue and throat. It’s hard to explain the taste…bitter? Sour? But maybe that’s what magnesium is supposed to taste like for all I know. You’ll need something strong to chase it down with. There is a strong vanilla taste, but not the pleasant kind. It’s kind of like that day you were curious of what vanilla extract tasted like straight from the bottle. That kind. The front of the bottle says it’s “sweet & delicious” and I’m confused.I other words, I’d rather struggle swallowing magnesium pills than this liquid. Even though it works. So if you can stomach the taste, go for it!

Love!
I was having issues staying asleep at night/during the day (Night Shift). My doctor recommended magnesium, so I dredged through a lot of research before selecting what was best and most effective for me, because my body doesn't absorb pills great - I chose liquid. Now that I've been taking it, for a while I can tell it's definitely working, especially when I have to skip a night. I have better energy. The taste is great, the texture is a little thicker than other liquid vitamins, but doable (and I have a huge texture issue). It's worth every cent.
