This product is amazing. I suffer from diabetic neuropathy and have severe pain in my hands and calfs. I used this an immediately felt relief in my hands. It feels amazing as it massages my hands and gives just the right amount of pressure I need. I love this and use this product literally everyday. Have had it about a week and it is inconsistent. Sometimes works fine but often turns off within a minute of starting and makes a loud beeping noise. When it beeps I can’t get it to turn off and have to unplug it. When it is working it gives a decent hand and wrist massage, but too often it isn’t working properly. I’ll probably return it.

This machine just gives you a compression massage. It holds the compression for a few seconds in different parts of the hands and wrist. It will not give you a massage since it doesn’t have any rolling motion—it’s just compression. Not for pain relief, just FEELS GOOD. I like to use it every day because it feels very good and you can feel some tension release, but it will not help with any specific pain.

Love this product, I initially purchased one for my parents as a gift and after trying it out for myself, knew I would benefit from having one of my own. This is an great tool to use for your hands, but would be much better if the HEAT option worked. It is there - but non-working. Also, the info booklet that comes with the machine or the one you can find online does not tell you what the different modes are or what they do. I finally found something online that someone else put together which helped figure out which modes are most beneficial for your situation. Keep the charging cord available and charge it up after about 3-5 uses to make sure it is ready next time you need it. I've been using mine 1-2 times daily so I keep the cord readily available. I gave it an overall rating of 3 because of a non-working heat element and the absence of instruction/information on how to use it - specifically lacking the mode information.
