Samsung Galaxy Book Go Laptop PC Computer Qualcomm 7C Pro 4GB Memory 128GB eUFS Storage 18-Hour Battery Compact Light Shockproof WFH Ready WiFi 5, Silver

Update: I still love this computer! Long battery life, fast processing, and sleek design. I’ll definitely be sticking with Samsung computers in the future!! I ordered this computer yesterday and it was delivered to my house this morning! It actually came before I had to log on to my 9am zoom class with enough time for me to charge it, set it up, download zoom and sync with my printer(seriously all in under 15 minutes)! The computer itself is great for what I need: something that will get me through my graduate studies. For the price, the computer can’t be beat. I was initially considering a chrome book because I was just looking for an inexpensive computer, but I like the idea that I will still be able to use it in the event that we lose power/internet (which is a common concern in the winter) because it’s Microsoft office enabled so I can still complete my work. It’s light and sleek, though I may not want to test it’s “shockproof” feature. I’ve had two MacBooks in the past 7 years and I’ve been disappointed with their longevity(especially because of their cost), so I figured I’d buy something that is a little more financially responsible to replace, and I’m happy with my purchase!

Exactly what I wanted! I only use this for email and schoolwork. It is light, easy to take places, and the battery life last for about 3.5 hours. It is a good deal for the price. I had no issues setting it up and the camera works well.

I've only received my Galaxy Book Go today and I've been setting everything up and trying it out. All the Samsung services I use like Quick Share work great, Samsung Notes synced well and Your Phone works well. Build quality is so-so, being plastic and all, it does have a little bit of give near the top of the keyboard. It is lightweight and that's a plus for me. Screen is a little washed out and doesn't have the best viewing angles, but all of this is passable considering the $300 price. My much older laptop was all plastic too but weighed almost twice as much. The keyboard has pretty good travel and I can type with ease. Sound is good, too. I'm new to Windows on ARM, but this reminds me more of a Chromebook than an actual Windows device with Intel o AMD processors. It is fast to start up and I feel, for my needs and use, this will be a great device. I'll try it out more with fingers crossed so as not to run into any serious issues.

Ive been using it for more than 3-4 years so far since I purchased it. No problem for simple things. Good size to carry, and quite light compared to other laptops. Screen size is also okay. Considering the price, I have been satisfied overall quality.

I bought this laptop because it was a Samsung and I've always had pretty good luck with their products. Upon receiving it I soon noticed that the bottom flicked like it would do if you were pressing on it. I quickly contacted Amazon and received a replacement. The replacement did the same thing but I assumed maybe it was just me so I left it alone. It worked pretty well for the first few months and now all of a sudden it freezes constantly on me and I have to do a hard shut off as control alt delete doesn't do anything. It now tells me my pin is messed up but doesn't give me the option to reset it unless I turn it on and off multiple times before it goes into reset mode. I have never been so disappointed in a product.

The computer is real good, it's my first laptop and I'd say it's about as good as a pc. Will run at 4k it's fast and from fully charged at 12pm till 1250am only want to 76% . I mean it great from the battery, to screen resolution, ect and at $220 amazing

I bought this computer when a previous computer dead a sudden death and the replacement was going to be coming on the market in a month or so. This computer was a stop-gap effort. The limited memory did not allow me to upload the full back-up version of my old computer so I had to pick and chose files to load onto this computer as I needed. The batter life also was relatively short for working without the power cord attached. The irritating thing was the difficulty in getting the mouse movement set so it would not jump from where you were to somewhere else and delete, or open, things I did not intend. Slowing the mouse movement helped a lot but that also had its drawbacks. The price was definitely right for what I needed but I would not want this for my regular computer.

I was a bit hesitant to buy it, but my husband urged me to get it and I love it. I had a Microsoft surface for years until it broke, but instead of buying another one I bought this one for cheap. I use it in my PHD work.
