The Hangsun is more powerful, at least compared to this model, the Hangsun is more efficient at "massaging". Where do I find the hey you oil to use w this product they mention it in a video

It is called Hayo'u oil. You can Google it. There are many other oils used for gua sha that are just as good. I suggest doing your research on price, ingredients, and allergic risks before you buy one. Good luck.

Does this help with thinning hair?

I don't know how it could? Not sure if I understand how you plan to use it. I use mine on muscles. Sore thighs, shoulder, neck. As far as thinning hair? Gua Sha as I understand it, isn't for that purpose.
