It works
We used this for our doxie who has IVDD. Recommended by our vet & used in conjunction with acupuncture & crate rest. It worked wonders for her! Not cheap, but worth it.

Appears to work as described, appears to help the pain in our dogs joints.
We are very pleased with the Assisi Loop 2.0, it appears to work and do what it is described to do and that is help relieve the pain to various areas of your dog joints and muscles. It is very pricey, expensive, and looks very cheap, but we do not care how cheap it looks as long as it works, and it seem to help relieve the pain in both of small dogs that have constant joint issues due to there ages. The loop does gives you several uses per Loop so it does last a little while, and is much cheaper then several visit to the veterinary. This loop on a small dog can go around the whole body of your dog and hitting the whole area. For us, we would pay anything if it relieves our dogs pain, and this Loop seem like it does. The amazing thing as soon as you put it around our dogs legs they seem to get relaxed right away, even falling asleep as you do the treatment. each treatment is 20 minutes long. Pros ---- appears to work exactly as described. lots of uses/treatment to go along with your Loop. easy to use. easy to charge. Dogs appears to love it and put them in a relax mood and even to sleep as you are doing the treatment. Cons --- just one --- very very expensive, but if you base the price against Vet bills and your dog pain it is will worth the price.

Legitimate Pain Relief and Therapy
Love this device. Dog loves it and it calms her and soothes her pain. It isn’t a gimmick or hoax, it genuinely works. I’ve even used it on my knee and it helped me as well. Worth the money. Just be sure to follow the directions and give 2 hours between uses. Our first one lasted well beyond the number of sessions and it is because we followed the directions to the letter.

For every Pet Parent This is a Gift!
For all of us who love our four legged family members and have tried every possible way to get a pill down them or fool them by sprinkling it on prime ground beef, in peanut butter, vanilla ice crem on a cone and so forth this is a God Send! And if you go online you can find a link to the manuel with descriptions of different conditions and corresponding protocols for loop placement, optimum number of treatments per day, and optimum length in weeks. However once you start treating your pet (large or small) and notice improvement you become your own practitioner as you begin to get a feel for the whole process! We use it on all our older dogs (4 of them) assuming at this point their legs and joints and body in general can use a daily 15 minute looping treatment at least once a day, and frequently more, and the benefits show in their ability to play, and navigate walking up the bedside ramp for naps & bedtime. I promise you whether large or small, canine or feline (it works on all animals eg rabbits, horses -- & yes I even tried it on my own knee!) So this is our way of thanking Assisi Loop for this wonderful device.

Promising results in just 2x/day for 1 month. PLEASE make ones w/replaceable batteries!
My senior cat has severe arthritis that I've spent a fortune treating over the past year: acupuncture, laser treatments, Onsior 2x/day (due to her weight), bupenorphine 2x/day, adequan shots (every few days, then weekly, then bi-weekly, now monthly.) But she was still not her usual self. She's been biting her fur out since April 2024 and two vets agreed it's because of her joint pain. I've had my Assisi loop for just a month now and only use it 2x/day since I work full time and I need it to last more than a couple of months, but for the first time in about 18 months, my sweet baby Charlotte jumped from her ottoman (that's a step up from a bay window ledge) onto the table to beg for some cream cheese since I was eating a bagel. Normally she'd just meow at me from the floor. Then the next morning she got up on the table when I DIDN'T have any food. This is like a miracle to me because it means her back isn't hurting as much as it has been (some of her vertebrae are fused) and she can jump higher and farther than she has in a very long time. She has also been somewhat more active and more alert rather than just laying in one spot. I knocked off a star because it's unreasonable that this costs so much and the batteries can't be recharged or replaced. PLEASE help desperate pet owners like me to make this treatment more affordable. I've spent thousands of dollars this year and can't buy one of these every other month. Or at least give discounts for repeat buyers. This has worked better than ANY combination of the other treatments I've tried that traumatized her by having to bring her to the vet so often with only minimal improvement.

It Works
I have an older dog who has both GI issues and arthritis. He is hard to medicate because he is very guarded about what he eats because of his GI issues. He had stopped sleeping through the night. Around 2AM he gets up to get a drink and asks to go out. Since we live in a 2nd floor walk up apartment, this is quite a “thing”. I hadn’t really had an uninterrupted night of sleep in quite some time. The rare occasion being we traveled and he was exhausted. Working with both his regular and holistic veterinarians, we made some changes in the last two months and it became clear that his issue at night was related to the arthritis pain. The holistic vet recommended the Assisi loop for days when he wasn’t receiving some kind of pain treatment. Like others, I thought it was an expensive gamble. In the end, I decided it would be a small price to pay to be able to sleep through the night again. I am happy to say that my gamble paid off. We use the loop twice a day as advised by the holistic vet and he slept through the night the first day we used it. He has slept through the night for three consecutive days. That hasn’t happened since before the pandemic. So, for roughly $5/day I can sleep through the night. I am also hoping that eventually we can reduce the adequan shots at the regular vet and the laser therapy and acupuncture at the holistic vet. Some thoughts: I use the loop when he is ready to take a nap or napping. I can prop the loop against him and he doesn’t really want to move. It’s obvious that the field generated is annoying in the beginning and if he’s not tired enough he moves to get away from it. About midway through the treatment, he relaxes into it and stops being antsy. I loaded a counter app on my phone so that I could track the treatments. When we hit 150 I'll buy a new loop. They say you get a minimum of 150, but I don’t want to take the chance that we don’t have a new one ready to go since there is no battery meter or anything on it. I read a review that said they did not get 150 treatments, I’m hoping that’s wrong and they just were careless in how they stored the loop. I’m storing mine in the box so that the power button doesn’t get pressed by mistake. I try to vary where I place it - right, left, back, hind quarter - since the field won’t cover all of the places he has arthritis at once. One observation: Better sleep means that my little guy has more energy during the day. He’s asking to go to the dog park in the mornings like he used to. If this keeps up, I’ll have to start midday walks again.

Does not work - period.
"No returns" policy on this item - yes, took a gamble anyhow based on reviews. Ended up being a losing bet. And there isn't contact info for the seller that I can see other than automated chat - which got me nowhere. Not happy with this product - it didn't do anything at all for my dog. Nothing. $350 for something that doesn't work, FDA approved or not - it does not work. I can only advise others NOT TO PURCHASE. Spend your money on something else - a different remedy, because if you buy this you too will be out $350 and your pet will not have any relief whatsoever. I'll sell you mine for $300 - no returns (sorry). Good day.

Battery Life Needs Improvement- But it is an effective device
This will be my 4th order of these loops. If I didn't need them for my guinea pigs, I wouldn't keep buying them. They do work fantastic on my piggy's bumblefoot but I wish the battery life was better. Can you please extend the battery life or make a rechargeable model?? For the people wondering if it does work, it has been a life changer when healing surgical wounds and wounds/inflammation in general. I generally see improvement over several days and that is doing 2 treatments per day. It would be 5 stars is for effectiveness. The battery life though is honestly a joke so I am knocking 2 stars off for that.
