Tray is great for making everything from Prime Rib to crispy oven cooked bacon. I use this tray weekly and despite burned on mess from BBQ sauce it cleans up easily. I do wish my sink was bigger as this tray is HUGE.

Great pan! I bought this after finding a recipe to cook mini burger sliders in the oven and I didn't have the right pan. This was decent quality and worked perfectly to cook little burgers in 15 minutes with minimal mess. However it is not super deep so I wouldn't use this for any heavy roasting. Happy with the purchase and price though.

I love this thing. It's the pefect size to fit in my miniscule, small-house oven. A recent health incident has meant increasing animal protein intake, which of course made me realize the inferiority of making a burger patty in a pan rather than on a grill. This baking tray was the next best option being without the option of a grill. Just line the bottom with foil, slap a patty on the rack, and broil away for a few minutes on each side. Minimal cleanup!

I love to bake crispy bacon in the oven and really needed a deep dish! I used parchment paper inside the dish because I know it will be less cleaning for me in the long run... The bacon didn't stick to the grill... When I first opened it up I was disappointed that the pan wasn't heavier or made heavy with the material they used... But, since I have used it, I was wrong.. it was perfect and I have even used it for BBQ wings that were bought frozen and do to it being a deep pan it warms all of my food without having to turn it over half way thru the baking of the food... I would definitely purchase this again and sorry I didn't sooner. Worth the money and not heavy at all... Get it as u won't be sorry!

I have been cooking over 50 years.This pan set is perfect for getting your foods(chicken, sausage, fry, bacon)Perfectly crispy on all sides WITHOUT having to flip your food.Tip, use Pam spray on both sides of rack(so cleans off easily) also use Foil on underneath pan for easy clean up.I ended up purchasing the larger one too.I bought my daughter in law a set.

Good doesn’t stick. Good quality it cooks both sides so there is no sogginess to the bottom. Easy clean up. No warping, I use oil spray so food doesn’t stick the pan . I love it. Wish I bought it sooner.

Love this especially for bacon or wings. I line the pan with parchment and put the grate over it. Put my bacon on and throw it in the oven. When you bake the bacon, it makes less mess in the oven than it does on top of the stove.

I use this for making bacon in my oven. I make a big batch, then reheat individual pieces in a microwave to eat with my breakfast. This is my second purchase. I’ve had the first one for about a year, and used it probably five times or so. The plating on the rack started to go, and the whole thing got grody enough where I decided to throw it out and replace it. But I still feel it’s a reasonable solution from the cost standpoint. I can buy a much higher quality pan for a much higher price I suppose, but in my experience, those get nasty too after a while. That single piece of bacon I have many mornings with my breakfast is my treat to myself. This pan keeps me in bacon for a year. Replacing it yearly costs about a dollar and a half a month. I feel that’s a decent value for what I get out of this pan. Your mileage may vary, and like I say, it’s not a great quality pan, hence the three star rating.

I love this pan. It is so versatile. It is well made, and easy to clean. This is a replacement pan for me, as we left our original pan in the sink for a couple of days with water and soap, and a bit of left over food particles. Well, the pan became pitted, and was badly stained. Not the pan’s fault. So this is a replacement. I would not settle for a pan like this of lesser quality. I trust this manufacturer, and have several baking pans made by them. My favorite by far!

I can’t believe how impressed I am with this pan. I was super skeptical that this would actually be non stick as most pans are not. The rack is coated similar to those coated closet racks for pantries. I was shocked that nothing sticks to it and any food residue left sitting on top after cooking, just wipes away with a cloth. The pan is also finally big enough to cook large amounts of food on! I’m so sick of putting food on two small pans and rotating, never fully getting evenly cooked/browned/crisped food! Which brings me to my next point. The reason I bought this. For crisping food! I bought a new oven and it has an air fryer feature. Genius right?!? Goodbye multiple appliances! Bc the rack is a couple inches above the bottom of the pan, there is plenty of room for the air to circulate. Most times I don’t even need to flip my food! Not only that it has cut down the cooking time as well! Overall there are so many positives! Large cooking surface, super easy to clean, air circulates around the rack, almost eliminating the need for flipping food, decreased cooking time, rack doubles as a cooking rack, pan can be used exclusively on its own so you basically get 3 pans for the price of one. I honestly can’t even think of any negatives about this pan at all. Well worth the money and quick shipping time.

Although it was wrapped in plastic, the top edges of the tray look like they have been dragged across a rough surface causing the metal coating to be rubbed off. Have not used yet but have taken pictures just in case the pan starts to rust.
