Currently these new green ones are holding potted mums on porch steps; also use them in the garden for harvesting and prewashing. In the winter red ones hold mini fir trees for christmas on the porch and I use the lids with asst color trugs to color code stored seeds

These trugs are great for everything! They are flexible enough to join the handles together while carrying so they make hauling water much easier than with 5 gallon buckets. But believe me that's just the tip of the iceberg regarding uses. You will want several sizes for indoor and outdoor activities. I have purchased about 9 or 10 so far. My husband and sister are hooked also.
