This bamboo water dispenser rack is so much sturdier than I anticipated. It took me a minute to put it together as the wood is very hard, which is a good thing. However, the tool is very short on the side you need to put the pressure on to turn the screw, so it made it a bit difficult for these old hands to get good leverage to tighten the screws. I just took my time. It wasn't hard to put together had I had a proper Phillips head screwdriver, I could have had it put together in mere minutes. I wasn't missing any parts, and it looks very nice. The dimensions are spot on, so my Zero Water dispenser fits it perfectly. I like not having to pull the whole unit forward to dispense a glass of water. I have several pieces in my kitchen that has bamboo lids, shelf, etc. so it fits in nicely and adds that little extra touch that ties like items together. I really don't have any cons for this item. Very well made, sturdy, and does the job it's intended for.

What can I say? This thing works brilliantly for the use I had intended. Great looking bamboo construction, sturdy enough and comes with a round cork pad for our glass dispenser to sit on. This stand holds our glass spring water dispenser in style and is essential to be able and to dispense fresh water into a tall glass or water bottle. I’m not sure I would trust the construction to handle a crock with a full 5 gallon water bottle on it especially with the added stress of occasionally loading the full bottles. It is not the heaviest duty stand by far. I feel okay about the durability for our 2.5 gallon glass bottles. Time will tell if it will last.

Nice looking stand. I use it to hold a 5-gallon water bottle with an electric dispensing spout. I needed something to elevate the bottle from the floor but not be up as high as those dispensers from WalMart. I'm old and short, and it is hard for me to lift 40# of water and tip it over into one of those 4ft tall dispensers. This work great and I can get the jug into the stand without too much trouble. The stand seems a bit wobbly at first, but once the bottle is on the stand it is actually quite steady. I think it needs the weight of the bottle to make it stable.

I bought this drink stand to use at parties and receptions and it has worked really well. Ive used it several times over the summer and have been very pleased with the durability and functionality of the stand. Its works for small and large containers.

This is OK but the instructions had the screw sizes mixed up and I got three slivers putting it together because the wood was not machined super well, or whatever happens to have slivers hanging off if it all over the place. I think if it were cheaper, I would not have minded so much, but I expected higher quality for the price.

Very cute, beneficial, and a well made jug and stand that serves a great purpose when I am bottling my kombucha or kefir water. I now do a continuous brew using this jug for honey Jun booch, and bottle it to put in the refrigerator (I don't care for a 2nd ferment), and this lovely stand is so darn helpful. I can literally slide my bottles through, one right after the other without spilling a drop. It is also very attractive, and the additional tag comes in very handy to specify it is the honey booch and not the organic sugar version since I make both. The wood is superb quality, nicely sanded with attractive grains, and I had no trouble at all putting it together. I like that the inside platform turns with the bottle, as it makes my bottling process that much easier too. Not a problem with the spigot, despite what others might have dealt with. No leaks or issues at all and with honey Jun, a leak is the last thing you want or the bugs show up in no time. Very happy and I will absolutely buy this unit again plus recommend it to others!!!

Very useful. I have two slender water jugs on mine. The legs bow in a little, but they have held up well. They are in a location where they do not get bumped or moved a lot and they work very well for my needs.

Drink dispenser stand arrived minus any screws (but with an Allen key). No help from Amazon as to what length and type of screws needed for me to fix this. Just a part refund for inconvenience. The bamboo is also not finished well on legs with cracks showing.
