Solid Relief, but Expect Initial Blurry Vision
The Good: Effective: Provides immediate, lasting relief for "gritty" or dry eyes. Consistency: Thicker than cheap saline; it actually coats the eye rather than just running out. Duration: You don't have to re-apply every 20 minutes. The Bad: Temporary Blur: Your vision will be blurry for about 30–60 seconds after use. Don't use these if you need to drive or read immediately. Price: Higher end of the drugstore price range. Mild Sting: Can occasionally sting for a few seconds if your eyes are severely irritated. Verdict: It works better than basic drops, but the minute of "blindness" while it settles is the trade-off.
