Great relief, but after about a year, replace.
These massage balls were just what I needed... In the beginning. I want to say the lasted about 10+ months and then began to get soft and now the are soft and kind of squishy. Hence the 4 stars. Probably would have lasted longer if my husband didn't use it. That said, If you want something that's not too hard and you don't mind repurchasing maybe once a year, this is a decent option. Most balls are two hard for me and if they even touch my spine they hurt. I can roll this from left to right over my spine and it has a relieving pressure that doesn't hurt but still gets deep into the muscle giving much neede relief. Because my body is sensitive, I am considering purchasing this again.

Nachgiebig, aber nicht weich und halbwegs rutschfest
Bereits zum 4. Mal bestellt. Die Bälle geben bis zu einem angenehmen Grad nach und eignen sich hervorragend für Faszienarbeit, inklusive Faszienyoga (Yin Yoga). Für meine Kurse nutze ich Krocketbälle, die rutschiger und härter sind. Diese Bälle sind bis zu einem gewissen Grad rutschfest und auch der Beutel ist praktisch, weil man die Bälle nicht erst in einer Socke eindrehen muss. Für mich ein hervorragendes Paar, dass ich bereits weitergegeben habe und neben meiner Yogamatte nicht mehr missen möchte.
