It suited my needs just fine. It stayed on my head great when I didn't add the wig, but once I added the wig it was falling off constantly. I don't think this is a fault with the helmet though. I stuffed plastic grocery bags into the horns and newspaper into the bowl of the helm. It's probably sized for the maximum size it needs so that "one size fits all". I like the appearance and it will be fine for my costume. If they were able to add something like an adjustable liner it would be better - but I'm not holding my breath.
