As the subject line says the piece is lovely and I was really happy to see the smoke actually cascade down the ramps. Sadly there must be really decent lighting and you must be relatively close to enjoy the sight. Also, as expected, if there's any breeze at all the smoke poofs away. The free inscense cones that come with it do leave a lot to be desired in the way of scent. Pretty much just smell like burning, so I am burning my thru those and will get higher quality ones once they run out

The smell is heaven!!! My son loves this and it makes the whole upstairs smell great. Smoke flows as expected into a river like as shown in pictures. Great value for the money. We use it just because in a bedroom but it can be used anywhere really. The ash does pile up but easily wiped.

Got this as a replacement after my other broke (dropped). Love it and it came with a LOT of cones and stick incense. Do not have in an area with moving air. This will cause the smoke to not flow down as pictured. Come incense does not last long but it is beautiful in action and scent is typical of most incense (strong initially and fades after an hour or so).

The effect of the smoke it very cool. It looks great from the front and back. It is cheap looking. Very small and blocky. Not bad in a dimly lot area but once it is in the light it looks like a chunk of poured plastic with little trickets shoved in. Feel very mass produced and not quite as advertised. Does not seems to fill the space with scent like other incense, and maybe that it what happens with those that pull the smoke down. Nice amount of cones but they all smell the same without a distinct scent. No guide to what they "should" be based on color. As a spotlight gift, it was lacking,but as a novelty gift it is passable.

Super cool!! Having both sides being functional is awesome!! It does take time and few cones to get the smoke to the bottom. (We were also out side at the time). Would definitely recommend! Fast shipping and delivery!

This was a Christmas gift for 2 people and they both seemed to really like it

Got this incense burner on Friday and the paint is coming off it all ready cheap made not worth what you pay for these cheap plastic junk

My daughter showed me hers and I got hooked. Had never heard of a backflow incense burner. This backflow burner is 2 in one. Smoke moves on both sides. At the top are two metal cone holders that are removable. Needs cleaning after each burn. I light each cone with my hands and put in place. If they give me a problem I will use the tweezers. Give it enough time for the smoke to start moving down the burner. I have tried two different type of cones and I can't smell anything. It might be the result of the Covid I experienced some time ago. Warning!! Do not touch after it stops burning. Wait until it is cold. It is very hot. Nothing a child should be touching. Trash can catch fire if they are not cold when disposed of. Trust me I know. Once the cone is cold and removed there is a core of sorts left in the metal holder. Remove. Look at the other end and notice a clear covering over the hole. Use tweezers, pinched together to remove the film, and replace back into burner. Ready to use for the next time. I received with the burner, over 100 cones, some sticks and a tweezer and pad for it to sit on. We have enjoyed watching what takes place. A fun item. Buy it. You will enjoy it.

De nada sirve un producto tan hermoso si el aroma del incienso deja un pésimo olor en la habitación. Todos huelen igual, como a papel quemado. Lo que deja sensación de disgusto. Ninguno de los aromas huele a eso que dicen.

Es una monada! 100% recomendable. Te hipnotiza ver caer el humo a modo de agua. Me encanta!

Le diffuseur en soit est super mais l'odeur de l'encens est vraie désagréable, une odeur de brûler, de bois brûler je sais pas trop mais ça s'en va direct au vidange .... au final ça revient cher pour juste le diffuseur

Dans cette commande , tout est plutôt pas mal ,sauf les BAGUETTES d'encens qui sont petites ,sans base/tige ,elles sont cassantes ,durent peu de temps , mais le plus important , elles ne parfument pas du tout et sont inutiles !!!!
