Applications
We do a lot of band work for finishers and off day stretching. This is a nice size for exercises that require tension over a wide range of motions- like band wood chops. A good tool to add to the workout arsenal

Great bands for working out. I haven’t used them that much yet but they seem to be good quality and sturdy so far.
