They gave me blisters the first day I wore them, both around the toe and heel areas, but after one day of wear they softened up perfectly. I actually bought some pads to put in the heels, but didn't even need them after the first day.The pattern on the back doesn't show as much as you see in the picture, but if you look closely it's there (and it's cute). Otherwise, they look exactly like the photo. The footbed is super comfortable as well, as can be expected from a brand like Teva. They're really versatile, I've worn them with casual dresses as well as with work slacks. Slightly wide, high arch, and a 5-1/2. I put these on and right away they were very comfortable. I walked around the house and it was very good. We will see when I wear them all day how they are. I did not realize these tied like a sneaker. The photo shows the shoe lace, but not the bow. Maybe I just didn't think it through. They are tight across toes and have zero arch support.
