I love the way it looks with this dress spread it out at the bottom.

Is well done but it is for a little girl not an adult, other than that is not bad

Loved this skirt. Put it on under the dress and it made it so full. The lining made it soft, especially when sitting and conformed better to the sitting position than regular hoops skirts.

Adjustable at the waist and even the individual hoops are adjustable

Gave 4 stars because for the money it's a good guy. Poofs out great and looks amazing under my dress but be warned.....it says for waist 24-41 inches because the elastic stretches. Well yes it does but I'm a waist 27 and it's already uncomfortably tight (I have it stretching on something right now and am hoping the elastic will loosen up), I can only imagine how much it would cut into you if your waist was bigger! But if you're petite with a narrow waist it's a great product for the price.
