I presume these are doing me some good instead of a regular calories-laden lunch? Bit difficult to tell. Taste pretty good, but 4 stars because it is a bit “gluggy” (meaning a little bit thick with a slightly artificial taste). Would buy again though.

Other flavours taste better
Great value for money compared to buying individual bottles in supermarket. Good protein content for number of calories and great for post gym or mid day snack whilst at work or on the go. Drinks are smooth with no lumps but find with the chocolate flavour there is a strong artificial sweetener taste compared to the salted caramel flavour Ufit (found this can be masked by adding to a coffee for a makeshift protein mocha)

Absolutely Terrible - the worst bottled Protein Shake I’ve ever had!
I ended up throwing most of these away as each of the 3 in the pack we opened, all had separated out (to varying degrees); leaving an unpleasant ‘gloopy slime’ which suddenly appears in the mouth as you try to drink these - no matter how much ‘shaking’ you perform in preparation before opening. Never Again. Purchase these at your own risk - I certainly won’t be!
