Works right out of the box
This is a matched pair of simplex singlemode 10 G SFP+ transceivers. They should be used with simplex fiber because the ends of this type of fiber are angled (typically by 8 degrees) instead of perpendicular to the fiber length like in duplex fiber.I mounted one in an Asus XG-C100-F network card in a Windows 11 PC and the other in a MikroTik CCR2004-16G-2S+PC router/firewall, and the link came up immediately and has been running since at 10 G and without problems.These transceivers seem to run slightly cooler than the pair of MikroTik duplex singlemode transceivers they replaced. They are also significantly cheaper than the MikroTik ones.

Well packaged in metal tins. Works with qnap QSW-2104-2S switch and Intel pcie 520 chipset running on freebsd. Very happy. :-).

Works great in my microtik 10gbps switch. Doesn't support reporting temperature though.
