Superb product, if like me you have older style down lights which have a large cut out in the ceiling, this allows you to buy a new style led light from screw fix or similar and install it without having to re plaster or modify the ceiling in any way.

Handy to for new lights in older holes. Couldn’t find a light to fit the old downlighter hole. This made the job easy and looks good seems to be a good quality material.

They do the job of covering the old, bigger holes; but they do look plasticky and are a bit rough around the edges.

Perfect for retrofit down lights that are smaller than existing holes and need sonething to support the new bezel over old holes. Just make sure you get the right size.

Covers unsightly damage

Having fitted 6 of these, I'll endorse the sentiments of other reviewers. There's nothing special here, they are simply thick(~4mm) rings of white PVC plastic, making them imho expensive for what they are. I appreciate that there are shipping costs to consider but selling them singularly at over £3 seems a little like milking it to me. Offering multi-packs would be more reasonable. However, if you need to fit a smaller downlight into a larger existing cutout, this is an easier and less expensive method than plaster repair and the overall effect isn't untidy. Whilst the description suggests that these are matt white, those supplied to me were matt on one side and polished on the other, making the choice of fitting mine.
