Helped with my husbands blood pressure
This is amazing! My primary care physician recommended it to curb our cravings since it does make you feel pretty full afterwards. One of the other benefits that came along with it was controlling my husband‘s blood pressure. My husband has suffered from high blood pressure most of his life and we have been taking this for the past 3 to 4 months. We went to the doctor yesterday and he checked his blood pressure and it was perfect. The only thing that’s changed in our diet is the addition of this product. We would highly recommend it for anyone.

Expired product
I had a bad experience with the Arabic gum product. When I received it and opened the package, it had a strong moldy smell. Upon closer inspection, I found that the product was expired.
