This is my third ghee product (original and Himalayan salt) and this makes an excellent garlic butter spread. That said though, if you're specifically buying the garlic one note that you will need to use a spoon, not a knife. The texture of the garlic one is more fluid than solid, which I wasn't anticipating. I also did an inspection of the jar and had to give it a rinse before it went into the pantry. I'm sure it happened during packaging, but I thought it had cracked and was leaking the jar and bubble wrap were that oily. No cracks though and the vacuum seal was still in tact, so quality wasn't a concern. It's a California business and the garlic is from NorCal...Gilroy maybe? I hope so. I love supporting local businesses that support the community.

I love this product, I love the taste to cook my food specially my eggs, is organic the product lasts long . I used because is good in fat-soluble vitamins and omega-3 fatty acids. It's nearly lactose-free and low in casein, making it suitable for some people with dairy sensitivities like me.

I bought this garlic ghee just to try it and went in with no expectations. I love when zero expectations goes better than expected, because it did! This ghee literally offers the most perfect garlic flavor. Not too much nor too little. I made a delicious dinner of seafood, pasta, and veggies with it and it was delish. I also made garlic bread, which was nothing short of sublime. I also let it melt over broccoli on its own for a great side dish. So, so good! I really wish my local grocery store carried this on its shelves because it's certainly worthy of the space.

I have been reevaluating my diet this past year and ghee happened to be my most crucial decision when it came to using cooking oils. Out many numerous research, I've come to conclude that ghee is an excellent choice for main dishes. Has the most benefits for a healthy conscious person, like cholesterol, satiation, smoke point, and other benefits. This particular I like and trust and would highly recommend to for others. Bonus that it has garlic flavouring, another nutritional food that also has plenty of its own health benefits, a big favorite of mine in meals. Give it a try!

Pro: I purchased this version because I usually add garlic to the original ghee butter by this company and wanted to try it out. It's delicious, but it does limit you to just meats, veggies that you cook so it's not as useful as the original ghee for me. It's not good for desserts, waffles, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, etc. so I'll enjoy it for pasta, chicken, turkey, seafood on those occasions. It's convenient and fresh without having to keep it in the refrigerator also. I also appreciated the glass container and it was well packaged with bubble wrap and arrived safely. It's definitely handy to have when I run out of fresh garlic or leeks! I am becoming more of a fan the more I buy it. lol Con: I used to purchase on S&S but prefer to buy one at a time now to prevent glass breakage from heavy items in the same boxes. It's worked out much better for me usually.

Delicious on steak, keeps the steak nicely moist while cooking, the steak is incredibly delicious and tender

I have ordered this item several times. When I receive the CORRECT item and it is EDIBLE, it is very good. Sometimes I have received an expired item and other times the wrong item (they send regular ghee or Himalayan). Or I order another item, like the Turmeric Ghee, it says it's in stock, and they have to refund it because they don't have it even though it says "in stock" ...Customer service from Amazon is excellent but the vendor is another story...They should improve in maintaining updated info AND not send expired or wrong items. That it is why I gave 3 stars and not five.
