Better than what's usually available
the salted fish is good quality certainly better than what is usually available disappointed the bone is still in it does have good solid flakes when cooked Pleased it's produced in Hull good price very quick delivery I do find it difficult to understand why we cant have the quality saltfish available in Italy and Spain mf
