Does shoe run normal size ?

I find these heels to run big. I ordered my normal size (6) and I was swimming in them. Luckily they worked well for my daughter, who is normally a 7 or 6.5. I think going a half size smaller should be about right.

How tall is the heel?

I believe it is about a 3" heel, however, there is a 1/2" platform bringing it down to a 2 1/2" heel. The height is comfortable for me. Anything over 3" is uncomfortable for me, so I think this heel height would be comfortable for anyone who wears heels. I hope this helps!

I wear a size 7 but there is no wide option in 7 and i have wide feet. I am wondering if it would work for me?

My foot is a bit wide courtesy of working on my feet for decades. I typically use a shoe stretcher with my shoes to widen them a bit. I dampen the shoe inside, then leave on the widening stretcher (not lengthening stretcher) for at least 24 hours, and then everything feels better. That said, I did not have an issue with width of these shoes, but that may only be me.
