It's also a nice touch as I do often overheat when gowned up. Overall, it's well made, well designed, and a fairly universal fit. I have let a female coworker try it and she did find it fit well and kept her glasses more secure to her face too. Definitely recommend for any healthcare professional!

Love this nursing cap. It's a great fit for my small size head. Some of the other caps I have purchased I had to fold them down in the back and then tye them. These are just the perfect fit for me.
