I bought the powder and the liquid but it dries super fast, can even get it on the nail, any tips?

Acrylic nails are something you have to be fast about. Try using less at a time and do smaller parts of the nail at once. It makes it so much easier.

is this the powder you put on over fake nails then buffer it out?

I use this as dip powder and it does the job (Temp) I use a base coat, cure it, apply another layer, cure it put some nail glue (Glue brush kind) cure it. File it, buff it out, put my top coat on a BAM it gets the job done

Can i use this as a dip powder?

You can but I would mix it with mica powder so that you have color rather then clear. I use it to make all my own dip powders

Does this acrylic has MMA in it?

No it does not contain (MMA) Methyl methacrylate and if remember correctly mma is a liquid acid that was found in monomer. Polymethyl methacrylate is an acrylic so it's safe unless it contracted contaminants before it getting to you.🤷 Not a professional or a biochemist, i just did some research before.
