BEWARE...Its addicting!!!

Really, really nice product! Lots of cloves in the jar, very nice quality. Unfortunately, mine went moldy pretty quickly after opening - I should’ve kept eating it like candy like I was when I first opened it! Refrigerate or freeze to extend the life if you’re not going to use it quickly - the container does not specify to refrigerate after opening, but you definitely should!

Peeled black garlic in a jar
Purchased these for my husband who loves black garlic. He likes the 'peeled cloves' because sometimes he just eats them right out of the jar. Black garlic is much more mild than raw garlic. It has a slightly sweet flavor. It's a great way to introduce lighter garlic flavor in any dish you use garlic in. I like that it is in a glass jar. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. All of my reviews reflect my honest, personal experience with the reviewed item - your experience may be different. I am not influenced by any outside source. For some reason our shopper ranks are no longer visible - so, to give you a little more info about me, I am a top 50 reviewer (#30 the highest rank achieved). Delicious!
Healthy. In my opinion, healthier than raw garlic. I've tried a few brands and this one is premium also. No harsh and sharp taste. Spreads easily and goes well with many foods or just eat alone. I highly recommend this organic and delicious delicacy.
