Now these are great tasting Gluten Free Protein Pancakes. Easy to prepare, easy to cook. Usually have trouble flipping, not with these. Some complain about the value, but compared to what i have seen offered at the local grocery store, this is a better value. Texture is better than any other brand I have tried. I am added these to my meal prep plan since they reheat nicely. Will purchase again.

This is THE BEST gluten-free mix I’ve ever had! Bonus that it has protein in it. My kids love the taste and texture of this mix. I can only find the protein mix on Amazon, and the price is the same as our local grocery store charges for the GF mix without protein. Great value, and easy to follow instructions for using a waffle iron, as well.

Not as great as the regular (sweetened) gluten free mix they sell, but still good enough for any meal. I missed the sweet aroma from the other product, but this is amazingly good in both taste and texture. I do not have any reason to eat gluten free right now, but these are my main waffle mixes now.

When you have celiac disease and you're on a gluten-free diet the choices are limited. Have they gotten better over the past 20 years? Of course. But not everything is healthy when it comes to gluten-free options at least as far as mixes or pre-made items are concerned. This King Arthur gluten-free protein pancake mix is an exception! It is delicious, it is high protein which is rare in pancake mixes or sweet breakfast items. I usually make a whole batch at once and store the refrigerator or freezer and pull out a few here and there. I have upped the protein in these by using a protein milk which is great as well. My son likes them for a quick and easy breakfast on a school morning. We love it so much that I have subscribed and save on this item for a monthly delivery. 😁

To start, I love King Arthur brand, I am a loyalist to their Gluten Free Flour Blends, that said, Kodiak GF Mix has them beat on this item. I find the KA Brand to be gummy, have a weird aftertaste (in comparison) and does not blend as well.
