Dead on arrival
The HDD arrived dead and was clicking when turned on. Would not be recognized by my Synology nor by an adapter. Replacement is taking forever due to it coming from the US. 3 stars because this is the first time I'm having this issue and I have purchased lower volume drives from them before.

the Hard disk stopped working after 3 months of use , its not reading at all.

Brand New yet Near Failure
The hard drive has arrived in flimsy shipping plastic bag and there is no proper protective packaging inside as well. After formatting EXT4 is on my NAS it shows bad sector already and SMART reports near failure already for a brand new NAS drive. Shame I trust the brand and the seller but the logistics is bad.

Defective on arrival
Defective on arrival.Couldn’t be initialised in Synology server. Connected to PC and Seagate tools run.Failed all the health test.Disk completely unusable. Arrived poorly packaged in small bubble wrap.

2 of 5 Drives ordered arrived damaged
I ordered 5 drives for my NAS, 2 of them arrived defective. Not sure if this is because of the shipping from the US. I have ordered other numerous drives over time but never had this issue.I don't think the product itself is bad, but buying here is risky

Laeuft stabil im NAS
Hab davon 2 gekauft im RAID Verbund fuer mein NAS Backup System.Laufen und Laufen. Sogar die Geschwindigkeit ist fuer die Platten ok.Sind zwischendurch etwas laut aber nichts was man nicht ertragen koennte.Wuerde diese Platten jederzeit wieder fuer ein NAS holen.

Me ha llegado ST14000VN0008.Lo he comprado pensando que era el Ironwolf Pro de 14 TB, y es el IronWolf. No sé si está mal etiquetado la foto, o la descripción del disco.

Excelente disco HDD, precio/calidad 10/10
Es de los mejores discos que he comprado, Seagate es una de las mejores marcas en el mercado en cuando a almacenamiento de datos se refiere. Les recomiendo que descarguen el software de Seagate (desde la página oficial) para comprobar que el disco no tenga problemas de fabrica, antes de comenzar a escribir datos en el. Es un poco ruidoso obviamente ya que es un disco duro mécanico HDD, no es un SSD. Lo volvería a comprar, definitivamente.
