I have used many of these types of oven over the years and the best feature for this one is the top burners. Very convenient for use in my RV. Even though you can't used both the oven and the burners (way too many watts required for that) you can start the oven and let it warm up, then switch to the burners, cook whatever and use the oven as a warmer, especially on cooler days at camp. Other features I like is the ability to only use the upper or lower elements for cooking. Sometimes I just want to broil. I bought an aluminum grill top for use on the burners. This turns it into a grill also. What I don't like is more of a design flaw. The rotisserie connections inside the oven are in the way of the groove for the top most rack. I have to shove the rack in if I want to broil something close to the elements. Overall, although this oven is not as large as my other ones, it is perfect for my RV.

The hotplates don't get hot at all. I had a pan sitting on the hotplate turned all the way up for over 15 minuets and it was barely hot. I could touch it with my bare hands. And yes, it was on the right setting and turned all the way up. Very, very disappointed with this product. Definitely NOT worth the money. The oven part works ok, it seems. I did make a pizza in it, but the door didn't fit snugly. You could see right into the oven on the side where the door was misaligned. Waaaaaay overpriced for the quality. My $17 hotplate from Family Dollar works way better. Skip this thing. You're paying for the name, not quality. This thing sucks.

Spacious and mostly efficient. The only thing preventing a 5 star is the burners on top get only to about medium heat or so. Liquid will not boil in kettles

We bought this to use in our basement while we were remodeling the kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised at how great the oven is! It heats up fast, cooks evenly, and is pretty roomy. Some 9x13” pans fit inside but not all. We have made dinners, pizzas (small-medium size), cookies, and even a birthday cake. It’s great for heating up leftovers. I give the oven 5 stars! BUT...the hot plates are worthless. They just don’t get hot enough. You can technically cook on them but it takes forever. And don’t plan to boil on them. I placed some water on to boil for pasta salad and in the time it took to get to 212* I was able to make Mexican rice in my rice cooker, make black beans from scratch in my instant pot, prep all of my fruits and veggies for the week, get everything else ready for the pasta salad, and do all of the dishes. Then, even though it got to 212, it still didn’t boil. I gave up and threw the pasta in. It did cook but seriously took a ridiculous time. The hot plates only get 1 star because they are useless. Also, the controls are very strange and the instruction book doesn’t really give enough info on how to operate it. There was a lot of experimentation. If I had to live with this much longer I would have to find a better alternative to the hot plates. It’s a great oven though.

Its perfect,especially around the holidays ,easy to understand instructions,easy to work with ,easy to clean and makes foods just the way you want it to turn out ,didnt have a problem with it ,it makes it easier for you to cook with and i used it alot ,only had it a month and im very satisfied ,i thank you for your product to make my life easier to deal with ,happy holidays and please have a safe new year ,God bless you all and keep the good work and effforts up its pleasing to me ."Sincerely yours Patrick

Hot plates are completely useless. Don’t buy if that’s what you wanted it for. Oven works fine.

We bought this NutriChef for our daughter after she moved into a tiny studio with no stove, and honestly, it’s been a total lifesaver for her. I was worried she’d be living on microwave meals, but she’s actually using this thing every single day. She’ll whip up a quick breakfast on the hot plates before work and then roast chicken or veggies in the oven for dinner. It heats up so fast and fits perfectly on her limited counter space. She’s mentioned a few times how easy it is to wipe down, too. If you’re a student or renting a small place, this is a must-have.

I love this product, very useful, good size , heat very fast , possible to reheat or cook the dinner . A lot of functions, not noisy, there is a chance what I ‘ll stop using a regular oven and will use only this small appliance. Absolutely recommended.

After a year of use, it doesn't heat up past 200 degrees.
