Great 8 port switch
After doing months of research, speaking with a business rep with TP-Link I made the switched from Ubiquiti which was due to the never ending price hikes, The lack of inventory and very poor Ubiquiti support. This Omada platform is a game changer and like all software it will continue to grow to meet the demands of consumers and business. Tom and Mary has been the greatest with speedy assistance and response. TP-Link has some new hardware coming as well that will easily meet the needs of my larger customers so I am trying to contain my excitement but its not working very well as i keep checking the site daily..lol Thank you TP-Link for making great products and excellent support team. You have a customer for life!

TP-Link TL-SG3210 v3
Devolvi el Switch porque no cumplio con lo que necesitaba, estaba buscando un switch que manejara VLAN basado en MAC. Consulte antes de la compra la cantidad de dispositivos que era capaz de gestionar bajo ese protocolo, y la respuesta fue "Este switch es un HIT de TP-LINK. Tiene de todo!". Aunque fue muy vaga la respuesta me decidí por comprarlo, porque teniendo en cuenta que puede manejar 4K VLANs y puede almacenar hasta 256 direcciones MAC en el directorio, pensé que como mínimo los dispositivos totales que podría gestionar serían 256, pero en el momento de la configuración me di cuenta que el dispositivo solo puede manejar 12 dispositivos en total, lo que me parece ridículo. Una casa promedio tiene más dispositivos que esos. No entiendo porque esa limitante. Las infraestructuras de hoy son más modulables que antes, me parece que es muy mal producto para las necesidades actuales. Los switches de muchos puertos para mi son ineficientes, tirar cable por dispositivo no tiene sentido, cuando el mundo de hoy le está apostando a redes inalámbricas de alta velocidad. TP-LINK se quedo atras

This was shown (by Amazon) as a suitable and cheaper alternative to the switch (SG-2210P) which I was ordering on their site. As it turned out, once I got the package, I realized there were no (zero) POE slots. That was literally the reason I was purchasing the SG-2210p. Don’t take Amazon at their word. Read the details! Returned.
