Sorry about the delay I’ve had the dreaded Covid. Re: knee brace Velcro straps, the Amazon picture is a good demonstration. First cross over under the knee cap, then second cross over at the back of the knee. Bring both ends to the front and fasten onto the ‘hook’ Velcro strip either side above the knee cap. Remember not too tight you want to support the knee and not immobilise it.
