Great little mower. This met the following requirements I had when looking for one: lightweight, easy to manoeuvre, easy to assemble (just attach the handle), no wires, rechargeable power, mulching function. Although the back lawn is large and overgrown due to a wildflower/grass box "incident", I figured I would be more likely to mow it, and mow it more often, with a small mower. This worked even on the very high wildgrasses, though needs a few rounds to cut those and pauses to let battery cool down. Height settings were not in instructions but to cope with higher grass, move lever to 3 (mower lifts up). The key issue is ensuring sufficient battery power for this - I purchased a 2.5amp battery and charger separately. While 25 minutes worked for the small front lawn, it is not enough for a big lawn / long grasses so upgrade to a 5/6amp or ensure you have replacement batteries to do a larger lawn in one go.

It is very light, feels like hoovering the grass. I like mulching function, as there is no need to remove cut pieces. It takes me 15 min to cut 30 sq meters, very happy with the low level of effort! The battery from my Bosh devices fit, so o didn’t need to buy a battery.

Would give it a minus if I could, biggest load of rubbish I’ve ever brought, I’d be better cutting the lawn with nail clippers all it does is cuts out literally every 30 seconds, please don’t waste your money

Works well for tiny gardens. The battery (not included) is just enough to do our very small garden. The cut is clean. Easy to manoeuvre because of its size and weight. Seems sturdy enough. It's not great for borders and corners obviously, and the blade gets stuck fairly quickly with the grass build up inside. But it's quick to remove by hand (wear gloves of course!!). The power cuts a bit too often. The safety design by the angle of the handle is clever but could have been adjusted to make it more practical. All this being said, I'm really satisfied and while it does not get well reviewed by most websites, it is by far the most compact and easy to store lawn mower I have seen. I actually just keep it in its box which is super convenient. Would recommend.

Exceptional lawn mower, very easy and light to use. Quiet and convenient with no cables. The only downside is the cost of the blades when replacing as they are extremely thin and I expect them to blunt quickly but it remains to be seen.

Set up dead simple. Nice and lightweight. Easy to store Nice even cut. Easy to set 3 different cut heights.

Happy with my purchase. It's light and easy to use.

One star simply comes down to reliability. I was cutting the grass the other day, battery ran down. I swapped for a charged battery and it would not start and it has not started since. We only have a small lawn, was ideal for our need. But cannot give more than one star if a product fails within 18 months with light usage.

Super comodo: leggero, maneggevole. Ho un micro lenzuolo di erba, mi capita di utilizzarlo anche su lunghezze elevate (15/20 cm), ovviamente fa un po' più fatica ma completa comunque il lavoro. Trita direttamente l'erba durante il taglio senza doverla raccogliere e smaltire, eventualmente, nei casi di tagli su erba alta, raccolgo facilmente l'eccesso con un rastrello da foglie. Per giardini di piccole dimensioni è ottimo, è importante però scegliere una batteria adatta alle proprie esigenze.

Der Rasenmäher ist von gewohnt guter Gardena Qualität. Auch der Preis ist identisch zum stationären Handel. Der Rasenmäher ist wendig und relativ leise. Angegeben sind 83 dB. Ich habe aber nur 76,8 gemessen. Ich habe die Ausführung ohne Akku und Ladegerät gekauft, denn meine All-for-One 18V-Akkus von Bosch sind kompatibel (siehe Video) und lassen sich problemlos verwenden. Dabei ist es egal, welche Kapazität und Bauhöhe die Akkus haben. Auch das Einsetzen des Akkus und das Handling ist im Video zu sehen. Die Mähleistung hängt von der Kapazität des verwendeten Akkus ab. Mit meinem 2,5 Ah Akku schaff ich etwa 120 qm Rasenfläche. Beim Einschalten des Rasenmähers wird oben auf dem Gerät kurz der Ladezustand des eingelegten Akkus angezeigt. Oft wird bemängelt, dass der Rasenmäher immer ausgeht. Auf dem Gehäuse ist der Winkel-Bereich abgebildet, bei dem der Rasenmäher nicht abschaltet. Auch das zeige ich im Video. Unter einen Stuhl und an engen Stellen funktioniert es problemlos (siehe Video). Nur unter einer flachen Liege o.ä. nicht, weil der Stiel dann zu flach gestellt ist und der Rasenmäher aus Sicherheitsgründen abschaltet. Die Schnitthöhe ist am rechten Vorderrad mit einem Hebel 3-fach verstellbar. Ich mähe bei trockenem Wetter alle 3-4 Tage erst auf der mittleren und gleich danach nochmal auf der untersten Stufe. Nach längerer Abwesenheit fange ich mit der obersten Stufe an und mähe eben 3x über die paar Quadratmeter. Dann kann der Rasenschnitt liegen bleiben, weil die Schnipsel kurz genug sind. Erstens entfällt dann die Entsorgung des Rasenschnitts und zweitens kommen die Nährstoffe zurück in den Boden. Das spart Kunstdünger und ist besser für das Bodenklima. Das darf aber nur bei trockenem Wetter gemacht werden. Sonst klumpt der Rasenschnitt und könnte faulen. Wer nassen Rasen unbedingt mähen muß, sollte dann den Rasenschnitt abharken. Ist das Mähwerk voll Rasenschnitt, hilft die kleine Schaufel, die am Griff angeklipst ist. Vorher sollte dann aber der Sicherheitsschlüssel am Griff auf AUS gedreht werden. Wer, wie ich, nur kleine Flächen zu mähen hat und einen leichten, handlichen und platzsparenden Rasenmäher sucht, kann hier bedenkenlos zugreifen.

Zuverlässiger Akku-Rasenmäher. Kommt überall hin, ist wendig, leicht und höhenverstellbar. Akku von Bosch, hatte ich vorher schon, und los geht’s. Empfehlenswert!

Ich besitze einen kleinen Garten von ca. 30 m² und dafür ist der Gardena HandyMower einfach perfekt geeignet. Er ist leicht, wendig und ideal für schnelle Mäharbeiten zwischendurch. Die kompakte Bauweise macht das Manövrieren kinderleicht, und die Lagerung nimmt kaum Platz in Anspruch. Die Bedienung ist insgesamt sehr benutzerfreundlich. Allerdings sollte man darauf achten, den Griff richtig einzustellen – ein ungünstiger Winkel kann das Mähen unangenehm machen. Zudem hat der HandyMower Schwierigkeiten bei sehr langem Gras: Dann bleibt er manchmal stehen und muss neu gestartet werden oder das Gras sollte vorher etwas gekürzt werden. Abgesehen davon funktioniert der Mäher zuverlässig und liefert gute Ergebnisse. Für kleine Rasenflächen ist er eine klare Empfehlung. Ich vergebe 4 von 5 Sternen.

Avevo bisogno di un tagliaerba piccolo che mi permettesse di tagliare l erba del mio giardino in modo semplice e perdendo poco tempo. Subito ho optato per robot autonomi ma il costo a mio parere è esagerato e per i miei 50mq non ha senso. Il meno costoso partiva dai 300+ euro. Anche quelli classici con cesto posteriore sono troppo ingombranti perciò ho iniziato a valutare questo modello. È molto semplice da usare ed è perfetto per il mio utilizzo. Do 4 stelle per 2 motivi: Non ho capito perché venderlo senza batteria. Certo, so che c è la versione con batteria inclusa ma io l ho trovata singolarmente e facendo il totale mi costava di meno che comprare il pacchetto completo. Che senso ha? L altro motivo è che questo tagliaerba non ha il cestello perché trita l erba che taglia cospargendola sottoforma di poltiglia sul prato, utile per “concimare” il terreno appena tagliato. Il problema è che ogni tot dovrete fermarvi perché tra la lama e la base si forma un grosso strato di erba maciullata che dovete togliere perché sennò non taglia più bene e rischia anche di bloccarsi. Per il resto nulla da dire di negativo, anzi, per ora sono soddisfatto. Non troppo rumoroso. Leggero e facile da usare. Si pulisce sotto con semplice acqua. Consigliato a chi ha piccoli spazi verdi.
