These ended up lasting me a long time. I'm not sure if I actually noticed a difference in my balance. It was more a piece of mind thing. With the aesthetic of looking good while matching them with magnetic bracelets.

What I found limiting was the fact that after 10-15 days of using it, and having to take them off so as not to get wet (per instructions), the elasticity wore out and broke.

I have an older friend that falls all the time. I ordered the bracelets on the success I have seen with my Mama who also used to fall. As long as she has on the bracelet she does not fall. I don’t know if it is a mental thing or what, but it works and I hope it does the same for my friend.

These are great just wish they had a smaller size option other than medium bc I thought it would run a little small according to the reviews but they are true to size. So if you are a small do not get these bc they are very big

I guess part of wearing this bracelet is the belief in its ability to balance the body. Didn’t work for my mother or me…maybe it did, who knows

All 3 bands broke in the first 30 days of wear. So much for some flexibility in these bands.
