I have tried everything for my insomnia, including prescription medications. The side effects never seem to be worth it! I’m really excited to try a more natural remedy to potentially improve my sleep and brain function. I have only taken one pill so far, and the label says for adults to take 4. It is small and completely tasteless. Hoping for good results!

This product gave me intense heartburn, nausea & headaches...right from the very first dose. I do not blame this particular brand or company. I have tried zinc in liquid form with the same results. I honestly felt better after a few days of taking this...but my stomach reacted very badly so I had to stop. As with other products...I first lower the dose...then stop and restart a couple of days later to see if it was indeed the product itself. In this case the days off were normal but the days on caused stomach issues. I’m sorry I had to quit this because I love how it had the other ingredients I also need. I returned this product.

My kiddos with ADHD take this every day. I'm not sure if it helps a whole lot with their symptoms, but they have been healthier and less sick since taking it. My daughter says she can tell a difference when she forgets to take it.

Es un producto muy bien combinado, con cantidades significativas y necesarias de los nutrientes que contiene y en las formulaciones de máxima absorción. Quizás me hubiera gustado que contuviera un poco más de magnesio, pero es muy difícil encontrar productos de magnesio con vitamina B6 en proporción suficiente. Normalmente en la mayoría, la aportación de B6 es simbólica. Todos los nutrientes presentes en este producto están en las formas de máxima absorción por el organismo: Zinc (Picolinato), magnesio (citrato) y vitamina B6 (P5P). También he de comentar que apenas tienen sabor ni olor y son muy fáciles de tragar.

dès le 1er et le 2e jour, ce complexe m'a détendue, littéralement, à chaque prise, je pense que j'étais en carence évidente. - le service client est ultra réactif, et sympa (en anglais) - d'après le service client,il s'agit bien de L-méthionine, bien assimilable par l'organisme, (au contraire de la D-méthionine, pratiquement non assimilable, mais jamais précisé par les fabricants) et vu l'efficacité du produit, ça me semble juste - livraison rapide bref, parfait.

Excellent product and I saw improvements immediately. This product has really helped with my focus and motivation which has really surprised me. Very good value especially considering the improvements in focus etc. It’s also worth mentioning that the tablets aren’t huge as well, and easy to swallow.
