I read a review on desertcart saying it would be like that at first and then fine. So I waited 30 seconds and came back to it and it was pure liquid! Couldn't even see the powder and it tasted amazing. Mixes very well and I couldn't see any powder at all - not even settling at the bottom. Effectiveness 10/10 - This isn't a product that is going to increase your 1 rep max by 30lbs on the first day of that is what you are expecting. On the other hand, you will immediately see what it does. This product helps your muscles to recover faster, and I was definitely able to push out those extra reps!Put yourself in this position. You are curling Dumbbells, and you are on your 6th rep. Your goal is 8 but that just seems out of reach right now, so you just drop the weight. This is going to push you to get those next 2 reps!
