Best adjuster I've found!
I was worried about sending my ring off to be sized after hearing horror stores of the diamonds being switched for fake ones. Also my hands swell especially in the morning so i wanted something less permanent that could be removed if need be. I tried a couple different ring adjusters but this one is the best I've found. The pack came with several types all with different thickness, width, and length. The spiral came in two different sizes for thinner or thicker rings. I used the thinner one and was able to attach both of my rings together vs separately. This was a plus for me since it kept my rings together and cannot be seen from the top. It's very comfortable and I can't even feel it. When shaking hands or holding hands the other person had no idea my rings had an adjuster on them. I work in a field where I have to wash my hands very frequently, the adjuster does not hold water or stay wet like some silicone ones do. I only used a very short piece (1/4in) of the spiral that was in the pack. I kept the rest incase I need to change it out as I can tell it does start to turn a yellowish tint after a while of using it. I've had the same one in place for almost 5 months without changing it, you can see it holds up well and conforms to the finger and after months the yellowish tint is not bad. My favorite part is, I've not had any issues with it popping off, ring sliding, or cording my finger. You may need to try a few different sizes or types to find what works for you, which is why this pack is great cause there is a variety in there.

GREAT CHOICE!
I ordered this pack because of the different styles. My fingers swell and change size dramatically with weather, salt, etc. so I usually get a 1/2 size up. After trying both styles, my preference is the "spring" type. I say this because the half moon style that sits inside the band stayed put for awhile, but after washing dishes in the sink I noticed it was missing and slid out from underneath the ring. The spring wraps around the band and doesn't shake free. Bonus feature with the spring style, my finger swelled up in the heat, my ring was too tight and uncomfortable, I was able to find the end of the coiled rubber spring, pull off, then get my ring off. Without the adjuster, at times the ring slides and turns, because it's top heavy and fear it could come off. I don't want to lose this one...it's a keeper! ;)

So easy to use and works great!
Comes with many different adjustments of different thicknesses. Easy to get on ring and keeps my ring from falling off. It’s very comfortable and I don’t even notice it’s there. Only con is it sometimes slides on the ring but overall i recommend them.

Only okay~
The curly sizers where you would have to cut-to-size lasted me a very long time! But the other ones did not hold up well and kept falling out with normal use. They do yellow over time, but it is hidden well enough and is comfortable enough, a small detail like that rare goes noticed unless you take off your ring.

Some Reviews
Yes when these adjusters came I was skeptical. I had just been thru a horrendous event where I lost my university class ring that was 23 yrs old. I have to take Lasix for fluid build up in hands & then after Lasix my rings get really loose. I cried for days looking for it! God was good & helped me find that irreplacable, according to Herff Jones, ring in a bag where I had bought 2 steaks. I was terrified it would happen again so I bought these. Granted no instructions was no fun, but I sat there & realized the spirals were excellent on my rings. Folks say they get stuff in them or they slide. Well here's what I figured out & may help. You just wind the spiral around your ring, then try it on before cutting it. If its too tight, snip off one or more of the winders. You can gently pull it out & cut between the windings. you can add more the same way. For the money and peace of mind, cause I did go crazy losing that ring that meant more to me than any other jewelry i own. Another thing is you DONT have to keep the windings in your palm side of hand. you can slide it up on side of ring & it works great & doesnt get dirty! So hope I helped someone else that has same problem of fingers swelling, then rings fall off after Lasix works. Took me losing 2 other rings to find these adjusters. I give them a 5 star, for price, ease of figuring them out & easy to use. So far they are on 4 of my rings I wear every day. Havent lost a one since.

How did I not have this in my life?
So I’ve always had small fingers - and an affinity for rings. Unfortunately the big beautiful rings I love don’t always come in a 4,5, or 6. This little set has changed that. I tried two out of the three types, I would say the snap on makes it feel the most secure - but if your band is too small to snap in, definitely get the little spiral adjusters. The spiral ones definitely are more noticeable, and feel more unnatural, but my ring may just be too big for even the big spiral. The small round snap ins are not really my favorite. They don’t feel secure and don’t stay in place. The ring shaped snap ins though? Have definitely changed my life. I would say you could probably take 1-2.5 sizes off of any ring band with these. Really really love this set, total must have!

Does the job for the most part.
I bought these because I own many rings that aren't quite my size (and I couldn't size down in them). The little curly things have definitely been my go to; there's a learning curve when applying them to your ring but once you got the technique down, it gets easier. They generally stay in place, but you will have to adjust every now and then. Things also get stuck in them often (bar soap, sauces, food, etc.) so I tend to just take the rings that have them off when I'm finger/hand foods. I can't comment much on the harder plastic pieces since they have never fit any of my rings and the closest sizes have only popped off. Overall, the curly pieces are definitely a great solution to oversized rings (if you do not want to get them professionally resized).

Ottemax ring size adjusters
The coil adjusters work quite well but the other things need to fit exactly on ring to work, none of them fit my rings.
