This supplement was OK, but since then I’ve switched to essential amino acids, which are supposed to be better for you

This product gets great ratings and I haven't had it long enough to know if it works well or not. It does dissolve well. It should be noted that unflavored is inaccurate. It's been a long time since I took a supplement that tastes this terrible. Do yourself a favor and get a flavor with this product.
