There is no other product like it! First I’d like to say that I had an outdoor storage unit that I rarely visited until it was time to move. To my shock just inside the rolling door 10X20 unit there was a gopher sized fire and mound working its way up the wall on the inside. I completely panicked. However just to the left of it I noticed a nice organized caddy with multiple cleaning supplies. Wouldn’t you know it, I spotted the word insect…. 🐜 I was willing to do anything they were getting into totes and boxes grrr… plus it isn’t fun when they somehow make there way to your skin…. I understand that this is concentrated but I was in no mood to read directions in that moment. It was brand new! Thank you God! I doubted it would work but I thought it may distract them long enough to throw a few things outside.. so I poured… RIGHT BEFORE MY EYES THEY ALL DIED INSTANTLY! 😳 lmao No way!? Yup then I picked the bottle back up and looked at it as if to memorize the name and details. Well we have serious fire ants at the farm I’m not taking any chances this stuff road shotgun with me and after that I’ve purchased probably 12 bottles in the last few years not just that but everyone I know with any issues is no hooked also and look I mean INSTANTLY….! Here’s the best part, it comes with a measuring cup over the lid and like I said it’s concentrated so it’s 1OZ per gallon you will NOT be disappointed!!

I gave this product four stars because it does exactly what I expect it to do, and it does it well. I live in an area with a serious fire ant problem. In the past, I was able to control them very successfully with a homemade bait made from sugar, cornmeal, gelatin dessert, and a powdered pesticide. That approach, however, has not worked nearly as well where I live now. Although my bait would eliminate one mound, another would soon appear, and I was also dealing with new colonies moving in from neighboring properties. With BioAdvanced Complete, I simply mix it with water at the ratio specified on the label and thoroughly drench each mound. The ants are eliminated, and in my experience, they do not return to that mound or appear anywhere else. I also like that this is a very economical way to use the product. Rather than treating my entire yard, I only treat the individual mounds that need attention. That not only reduces the amount of product I use, but also limits the amount of pesticide I apply to my property, which I consider an added benefit. BioAdvanced Complete has proven to be an effective, economical, and practical solution for my fire ant problem. It has earned a permanent place in my lawn care routine.

Great insect killer.

Bought this for grub and insect control. Armadillos are turning my yard into a pot hole nightmare and i chose to start with this. Contains imadacloprid and beta cyfluthrin, which are proven to kill and control, in my case, grubs. I think the hardest part is getting the chemicals down into the turf where the grubs reside. This product will make approximately 80 gallons. 1oz per gallon mixing ratio. I have a 4 gallon backpack sprayer and, other than the weight of the water and sprayer, spraying this product is very easy. Mixes easily, comes as a milky white solution. Take precautions and wear any PPE that you have when spraying any chemical. You'll need to water it into the soil if rain is not in your near term forecast.

I have mixed it in water and applied to the plants infested with the mealy bugs and had already cleaned the leaves with alcohol that had the mealy bugs, threw away all the leaves with the bugs on them that were removed or had fallen off the croton... next day washed the leaves with dawn dish washing solution, only to still find the bugs! I watered the diluted chemical into the root system and reapplied it not only to the roots but also made up a solution in spray bottle with a little dawn dish washing liquid n water that I sprayed onto the leaves and literally washed the leaves with this stuff. Next day, the population of the mealy bugs had improved but STILL present, so I repeated the whole process again. It may take awhile but I think with this process and product it will eventually eradicate those ancient little buggers.

Does a really good job eliminating ant piles in my 4 acres.

It does the job it’s supposed to do.

It killed everything living in my Two Prized Lawns, as good as the withdrawn from the market products.
