Delicious and nutritious
Love this product. Used for years. Taste is great and mixing is a breeze. Easy way to get large amounts of Vit C without tummy upset. Mix in water, juices or smoothie. Adds great flavor plus larger dose of vitamin C for immunity.

A must have
I’ve repurchased this more times than I can count at this point, and that alone probably says everything. I’ve ordered it 27 times because it has genuinely become a staple in our house. I keep it stocked at all times, and both my son and I use it daily. It’s one of those products that quietly becomes part of your routine because you notice the difference when you don’t have it. What I appreciate most is that it’s easy on the stomach compared to a lot of other high-dose vitamin C products I’ve tried. I usually mix it into my water along with my electrolytes, and the flavor blends really well without tasting overly artificial or harsh. The lemon peach flavor is actually enjoyable, which makes it easy to stay consistent with. My son enjoys it too, and that’s a huge win because he can be picky about drink mixes and supplements. I also like that the formula includes additional supportive ingredients like green tea extract, bromelain, and L-lysine instead of just plain vitamin C. It feels like a more thoughtfully formulated product overall. I personally keep this on hand year-round, especially during busy seasons when we want extra immune support and hydration support. If you’re looking for a vitamin C drink mix that tastes good, mixes easily, and is gentle enough to use daily, I definitely recommend giving this one a try. It’s one of the few wellness products I’ve consistently reordered again and again.

Great taste. Have bought on repeat.
Very pleased with this product. It was an influencer recommended one, but I am actually pleasantly surprised by it. Great taste. Mixes well. Kids love it. Really works.

Excellent product!
I purchased this product to supplement my diet and support my immune system. -Sensitive stomach: This is excellent for those who need supplements for sensitive stomachs. Vitamins often make me nauseous, but these do not. I'm able to double up when I feel a cold or something coming on. By the next day, I find I'm feeling much better. I have a diet adjusted for the MTHFR mutation and this is effective for me. I am also gluten free and sugar free. -Flavor: The flavor is very sour, so my kiddos won't drink it, but if I add some monkfruit sweetener (or your favorite sweetener), they will drink it like any lemonade. I've also added cherry juice for a treat. -Dissolving: I find it doesn't always dissolve easily and you do have to keep stirring it. I like it best with ice. -Use: I do not use this every day like I should. I've had it for 2 months and am just reaching the bottom. I imagine if you're taking a daily dose it would last a month. A scoop comes inside the container to allow the perfect dose and easy use. I use half a scoop for my kiddos with sweetener. My nurse practitioner told us it was fine to use, but please consult your physician before giving anything to your children.

I swear by this!!
I take this at the first sign of a cold and it usually kicks it. It can be a little graining because it doesn’t dissolve well but tastes good so I don’t mind.

great for getting kids to take vitamin c when sick
PROS: Dr. Suzanne Humphries, MD recommends Nutribiotics Sodium Ascorbate and this Sufficient C brand for dosing vitamin c when ill (and her specialty is reducing issues relating to whooping cough). When kids are well, I give them maintenance amounts of just the sodium ascorbate daily. But when they are sick, they just don't have the desire to drink SA powder (tastes like baking soda dissolved in water). What I do is I use the SA, but I also add some of this Sufficient C and they clamor for their vitamin c now. The peach flavor is really nice. I have no experience re the efficacy of the product as we primarily use it in combination with the Nutribiotic Sodium Ascorbate. We have good effects in general with the vitamin c products we use! Since Dr. Humphries recommends it, she is very reliable it seems in her recommendations. CONS: I do have to say though, they need to scale back on the intensity of the sweetness. The sweet and flavor is nice but if you take the full amount recommended on the container, it is so cloyingly sweet I can barely stomach it. Using this stuff as a flavorful vitamin c source helps us get the other kind of vitamin c into us without the drama! But as it is formulated, I could never stand to use it in the full dose because it is like 50x too sweet at that rate. It is VERY expensive for a jar. VERY. I can get 5 POUNDS of Nutribiotic sodium ascorbate for about $80 and this is $25 for 125 grams!. It also gets very hard in the jar if you don't use it up quickly so you have to scrape it a lot and shake the jar as it doesn't stay loose. A family couldn't even begin to start to use this exclusively as their vitamin c supplement, and especially not when sick when your c demands are that much higher! It would be like $500 a cold/family. ---- However, if I didn't keep a small jar of this in the house, I would barely be able to get vitamin c into them at times they need it (when sick and not interested in drinking it, and you can't reason with a sick kid and you can't sneak anything into them). It also encourages them to stay hydrated as they will drink a gallon of water sick even if it has a 1/4 tsp of this stuff in it! My kids call it affectionately "peach stuff". They are 3 and 6.

Great Vit C Option
Great vitamin c recommend by my holistic doctor. I give it to the kids also and they have no complaints about the flavor.

A must have for all ages!
Amazing product!! Tastes great! I love that there's no sugar in this, as so many other vitamin C drinks add sugar to theirs and sugar depresses the immune system! I drink this every day, and 4-6x a day if I'm sick! My kids take this, as well, and enjoy the flavor. If it's too strong, we just add a little more water to it. But the flavor itself is very tasty and refreshing! One of the best C powders out there, and recommended by Dr. Suzanne Humphries! Along with taking this, and vitamin D3, and an SBO probiotic, I haven't been sick in over a year! Most people do not get nearly enough vitamin C daily. The daily recommended amount for adults is just enough to prevent scurvy. The body needs much more Vitamin C to function well enough to prevent illness and stay healthy. This product really helps get that extra Vitamin C in, that we all so desperately need to stay healthy. If you're taking a lot of C and still getting sick, consider your diet, and how much sugar you consume regularly, and cut way back on it. Sugar is such a contributor to illness! Stay healthy!
