Great Wading Boots
Great set of wading boots. I’ve been using these for a few years now and they’ve held up well. I like the option to use either rubber or felt soles, especially to meet local requirements. I would recommend these!

Love these boots!
These were comfortable right out of the box, and served their purpose well. I love being able to switch the soles. My fishing buddy has been telling me for a long time how much he likes Korkers, so I finally bought some, and I'm glad I did. I got the regular laces, which suit me fine. I'm getting old, but I can still tie my shoes. 😊

Worth every penny, be sure to order a size larger as the website suggests
Amazing boots! This is my second set of Korkers and I have to say I couldn't be happier. I upgraded from the greenbacks to the buckskins and it only solidified my loyalty to the brand. They are extremely light weight yet durable, they fit perfectly with the heel lock design, the drainage system is far superior to any other boot I have owned and the capability of switching from a vibram sole to a felt sole in less than a minute is phenomenal. There is only one thing I would change and it's with the vibram soles. It would be awesome to have predrilled holes for adding screw in studs. This alone is not enough to make me rate any less than 5 stars but would be a nice feature in later versions. Rest assured, I am happy with these and when it comes time for my next pair they will certainly be Korkers.

Good boot overall
Good boot. Have these and the greenbacks. These are for stiffer than the greenbacks, but still are comfortable. Minorly disappointed with the heel lock, but very minimal heel movement, so that’s alright. One minor complaint is the lacing system is too “slippery” - prefer nylon lacing systems which add a bit of friction when you’re tightening up the boot from the bottom to the top of the laces. Hope this makes sense. Have worn them about 12 times, no sign of wear so far, I think they will last a while. (For the money I’d go with the greenbacks as they are a touch lighter and I like the lacing system better.)

Needed new
I had old worn out leather boots. Felt bottom. Love felt soles, not acceptable that many places. Love the fact I can change soles. Felt does not work every time. These look big and bulky but are actually reasonable as far as weight. Easy on and off, fit seems true to size. I like the platform this shoe gives me. When steeping on uneven surface, which is almost, all the time. The bottoms stay firm. Foot does not roll or twist. Get the same flat step every time. Maybe my old boots did that when they were new also. Too many years to remember. Takes some getting used to. I could feel the river contour better with my old pair. Have to make sure of foot placement, but I am sure I will get to trust them. Feet do not get tired, so I will call it a win.

the good and not so....
I recently purchased and made a trip to Colorado to fish in Rio Grande Forest. I will start with the good. These fit perfect and were incredibly comfortable for all day fishing and moving from one spot to another. Overall well made. The bad is the interchangeable soles. The concept is great but the reality was lacking. Both my brother (he purchased the more expensive Devil's Canyon) and I lost soles the first time we stabbed into muck to fish a beaver pond. The side attachment just was not enough to hold the soles in place. The back attachment just came loose and the soles popped off. He lost his a few days before and as luck would have it I lost mine in same place when we found his. Neither of us were aware they had come off at the time. A more substantial side attachment would greatly improve these boots in my opinion. Considering the cost of boots and the replacement cost of soles we both were disappointed. At least we both recovered the soles.

Best wading boots on the market
I know, I know. "I have Simms, Orvis, Redington, etc. and they're the best." I understand brand loyalty and reputation, but I truly believe Korkers are the better wading boot choice. These days, you don't know what restrictions you will run in to at your favorite angling waters. I know that when I show up, I'll have the right soles, no matter what the rules are. I can hike in with rubber lugs, then switch to felt in less than a minute! These boots are the lightest I've worn and have excellent ankle support. They drain and dry faster than most, and I love the fact that at the end of a long day, you don't feel like you've been lugging around heavy, wet clown shoes all day long. My wife will tell you the same. I have the Buckskins and she has the Buckskin Mary's. We've worn these on several trips now and we're very happy with them. I've had zero issues with the soles coming loose in the mud. They're all good. It just comes down to lacing preferences, and deciding which materials suit your needs. I believe they all wear at about the same rate if you do the same kind of fishing all the time. Heading back to the Smokies next month! Lots of rocks to navigate there.

After more than two dozen fishing trips...
I’ve waited six months, and decided that I had used these boots enough to give a decent assessment. Korker Buckskins are very durable, pretty comfortable, and relatively easy to put on and take off. I have waded in some extremely slippery streams, and found the felt soles perform extremely well, holding firmly even on algae covered rock. When wading warmer, sandier, Delayed Harvest streams, switching to the Vibram sole is quick and easy. I have never lost a sole in the muck, and have never had issues with the back strap, or associated knob, breaking (though you must be careful taking off the boots...if you use the toe of your other boot to push the boot off, you could break the knob that secures the sole. After using these boots over 25 times, I would buy them again!

濡れた状態でもストッキングウェーダーの脱ぎ履きがらくです ワイヤータイプより断然オススメです! マイナス点はソールの値段が高い所かな…

Came early and love them. Usually wear a size 10.5-11 boot/shoe, bought a size 12 fit perfect with waders on.
