This is not only well engineered, it's easy to clean, easy to use, easy to control the heat level and durable. I'm looking forward to trying different ingredients in the cheeses. I'm also going to experiment with trying melted chocolate to use on ice cream, cake and other sweets by adding ingredients such as cinnamon and raisins and marshmallows into the trays just to see what it does. The grill top will allow us to cook meat and sear veggies for use in the melted cheese. It's going to be a ton of fun and I'm excited to see how interesting and delicious the creations are.

This is a great product especially if you have house guests! Easy to clean! Variable heat settings! Very compact. Great price vs going to habachi!

Such a great idea for small gatherings.

We just got this and used it for the first time. It worked pretty well - there are a couple of issues this one has that we did not have with our old one that finally broke down on us after many many years: 1. This is hard to tell when it's on high or low, so that's annoying 2. The cooking top heats up pretty high - which is good, but then with meats or anything greasy, also gets very smoky. We cooked the samed things on our old one, which was a stone top, and did not ever have a smoke issue. Beyond that - this is very fun to use for family fun meals!

We used for a at home Koran bbq! It was so much fun! The size is perfect for storage but also big enough for making a lot of food. The temperature control is easy to use and gets hot fast. I also like the ease of cleaning! It does say hand wash only though and I wish I could put it in the dishwasher. The quality is very nice, I didn’t like the spatula that came with it unfortunately but not a big deal!

Wouldn't buy it again. It is not terrible, that's why I kept it. The surface is really good but the inside of it doesn't heat the foot as it should be in the little pods

I didn't have high expectations, I just wanted to find a tool similar to Korean BBQ. When I received it and was very surprised. Fast shipping, and good size. It is very easy to wash , just putting it in the dishwasher. My little one also like it very much, she can operate it by herself, and avoid the kinds of injuries caused by flames outdoor BBQ grill.

I was initially excited about this indoor grill, as it seemed perfect for quick and easy grilling without the hassle of going outside. The first two times I used it, the grill worked well enough, heating up quickly and grilling food evenly. However, after just two uses, it completely stopped working. It wouldn’t turn on, no matter what I tried. For a product that’s supposed to be convenient and long-lasting, this was extremely disappointing. I expected much better durability, especially considering the price. While the design and functionality were promising, I can’t recommend a grill that fails so quickly. Save your money and look for something more reliable.
