Decompression Knee Brace, Stable Support of The Knee, Pain Relief

I have ongoing knee issues (bone-on-bone patellofemoral arthritis, plus a new tibial plateau fracture ). I've tried several braces over the years and for me, this brace is the most comfortable and best fitting knee brace that I have found. Most braces put pressure directly on my patella which flares the arthritis pain, this one fits my kneecap just right without pushing it or putting pressure on it. It is a longer brace style that gives great structural support. The adjustable support bands give a custom fit all around. I don’t get the same gaps and bunches I have experienced with other braces and I don’t need to pull up a slipping brace all day. This one stays perfectly in place every single time. It is very supportive but flexible and allows me a good range of motion as my post-injury activity tolerance has increased. I’ve been using it for the past 3 weeks at work which includes a daily average of walking 3-4miles throughout our building. So far it has been a great quality and despite 3 weeks of all day use, shows no visual signs of wear. *****Updated - I wore this brace daily for 4 months and it still looks and preforms like it’s new! Nothing has worn out. Seriously, this is the best knee brace I’ve ever used. Update #2 - Another year and severe knee injury later (my 3rd tibial plateau fracture + patella fracture) and this brace is still going strong and fits better than all my hinged braces from ortho! Best support and no slipping. I will note that I didn’t begin using this brace until after my fractures were fully healed and my Dr and PT ok'd moving to a lighter brace. This may be the best and most comfortable brace I’ve ever owned, but it is NOT a substitute for a Dr ordered, post surgical hinged brace.

Bought for problems with MCL. Knee feels so much more stable. Brace is comfortable but can tend to be a bit warm if wearing for multiple hours

This is my second one. Pros: It does help my arthritic knee. It helps with stabilization and there is plenty of adjustments you can make to keep it snug. Cons: The hole in the center, while allowing for the bending of the knee, doesn't help with my meniscus issues. The bar on each side eventually poked a hole through the fabric. The velcro on the top strap has stopped staying secure (first purchase). I have large thighs so ordered the XXL according to the measurements. It has worked well for me for the last 6 months or so. I ordered an XL this time as the XXL did have some excess fabric. The XL will work and while it doesn't strap over as far as the XXL, it is far enough and lessens the excess fabric issue. For the money, this is a decent brace.

as someone who works out/works at a bar and is currently living with a (likely failed) meniscus arthroscopy, this brace is it. compression sleeves and meniscus stabilizer straps won't cut it anymore - the pain occurs and lasts even if i wear either. just putting it on as i'm sitting down has relieved a large majority of my pain, and it definitely helps when i'm standing up and walking as well. the straps are also comfortable: no spots where the hard velcro is chafing my skin, and they're made in a way where neither the top or bottom is cutting off any circulation, but i feel stabilised nonetheless. definitely worth tbe money, especially compared to some of the really expensive brace options out there. i have yet to work a shift at the bar in it, and i expect i'll have some issues with sweating and chafing due to the heat, but i think that's to be expected from any brace being used in a physically demanding setting.

This is an excellent knee brace. Very very good support for the price. Don’t make the mistake of trying to wear it directly on your skin though. I wore it direct on my skin for a 12 hour shift at work, and I was pretty miserable by the end of it. Also, I suggest you actually take the time to measure your leg and make sure you are ordering the right size. I guessed, and I ended up with a brace that is only about an inch away from being too small. I can definitely recommend the product.

The Gonairey knee brace does everything it is advertised to do. It provides support above and below the knee joint to relieve pain and stabilize a weakened knee. It is easy to put on, and the straps allow adjustment for most people. The steel side plates make this brace stiffer than most others and are key to its superior design. Unfortunately, the rounded ends of the hard steel plates contained within the fabric will eventually tear through the surrounding soft material. After about three months of moderate use, I can now see the metal plate's rounded ends protruding out of the fabric. I tried to sew the fabric to keep the plates contained but with use, the metal eventually broke through my repair. The manufacturer needs to reinforce the part of the brace at the rounded ends of the plates so as to fix this flaw.

Easy to put on. Feels very comfortable and soothes the knee. No more pain when walking. I purchased this for a family member and when it arrived, I tried it on. I have (2) knees (most people I know do too) and needed to order (2) of these for myself. I am very disappointed because you can only order one at the discounted price. I'm going to order a different from another vendor because this vendor is so stingy. I'm sure they will sell out because of the price and comfort. This is the real deal if you're looking for a comfortable brace that gets the job done and is easy to strap on. Most of the ones I've tried before have a lot of straps and when you remove it, they stick to everything because they are all over the place.
