I take them in the morning, and I learned that ginseng gives a mild boost to focus and energy. I drink decaf coffee, so I do notice the stimulation, but it does not feel buzzy or jittery. I’ve noticed fewer thoughts competing for my attention, which has helped me focus better and think more clearly, with less stress and overthinking. It hasn’t made me more patient, but it has given me more clarity in my thinking, so I’m able to respond more thoughtfully instead of reacting. I’ve already ordered and received my second bottle.

This stuff works or it's all in my head. Idk no scientific review here. I take 2 a day in the morning before I leave for work. I feel energized and head feels clear. It keeps me going! Its a nice boost also for the gym.

I've had a great experience with this supplement. It gives me a noticeable energy boost without needing multiple cups of coffee, and the capsules are easy to swallow. I've also noticed an improvement in my mood and focus since starting it. Definitely worth the investment.

This is a really good product. I gave it 3 stars because it altered my sleep schedule for whatever reason. I would take it early in the day, other than that, it's a solid product.

I bought 1 bottle recently and didnt feel it effective as other brands, it does almost zero effect.
