I had been really sick and became very dehydrated. Right after that I started doing intermittent fasting and keto. I’m a server and sometimes it gets extremely hot at work and I sweat a lot. I got debilitating side cramps at work and was in agony; despite drinking water constantly during my shift. I knew I had to find a way to hydrate or I’d end up in the hospital. I decided to try these. Now I will admit that the taste was extremely rough at first. But then I started putting them in 20 oz of seltzer water. The bubbles helped the taste tremendously. After a few days the taste grew on me and I actually look forward to breaking my fast each day with one of these. The lime is my favorite and the watermelon cucumber is my second choice. I don’t care for the blue raspberry lemonade, but adding extra seltzer helps with the taste. I find the price to be way too high, but it is what is is. It’s better than dealing with Charlie horses in my side.

just ordered these for the first time off a recommendation from a friend. I like all of the flavors in the variety pack. They are a bit sweet however and I use about twice as much water as recommended.

By far one of the best products we’ve used to stay hydrated during sporting events. We bought this for our son who plays football and couldn’t be happier with the results. When other players are cramping and showing other sign of dehydration he’s able to continue without issue. The taste took a little getting used to, but the benefits are undeniable. I find myself using it at I suffer from migraines and dehydration is definitely a trigger. Once you get past the salty taste your good

I like the convenience of using a ready measured powder that can be added to my water bottle and then shaken to mix it. Easy peasy!! I researched the benefits of Hydration with other brands and it claimed to be better. I’m not impressed though. I’ll stick to water and fruit for basic hydration. I’ve had this product for over a year and the bag still sits in my pantry. There is an after taste I don’t care for and the times I’ve supplemented my water with it, I’ve not felt any difference. It is better than nothing when I’m not feeling well and want something with flavor and I’m sick. So, I guess that is one health benefit: It helps with hydration when you’re not feeling well enough to chug water. I keep the product because it costs too much to throw out, but even with a long shelf life, the use by date is coming up in Dec. so I may give it to my friends that workout regularly; I’d hate to waste it.

This product has a very bitter aftertaste. If you just add it to room temperature bottle water. If you put ICE in your drink it takes some of the bitter after aftertaste out. Or to cut the bitter aftertaste of room temperature water you must add a little salt and vinegar to take the bitter aftertaste out

I bought this to have an electrolyte drink with apple cider vinegar and this did not disappoint. Taste is great and has lower sugar than some. I also liked that the price was less than some more well known brands. In the FL heat this was a life saver!

Love these electrolyte packets! I use them daily and my water intake has gone way up since starting. They give me the perfect boost before yoga classes or running around outside with the kids. I’ll definitely be signing up for a subscription.
