I actually received compliments on how crisp and clear I sound. And the speaker itself has excellent sound quality. I love how easy it connects with Teams and all the indicator lights. Lastly it comes with its own case for portability, although it’s a tad bigger than I expected. I wish I would have brought sooner.

After 3 months of usage. It's great for teams meeting. No voice breakage and no echo as well. It's connected to my Mac and iPhone simultaneously. Strongly recommend buying bluetooth adapter that provides greater sound quality. Must have tool for work from home setup.

I got the USB-C model for my government HP Laptop. Laptop recognized it without any issue with all the group policy restrictions. I defaulted to use the POLY and no issues so far. I can actually hear the "dings" when new TEAMS message and voice calls are good. It was this or be on a headset for hours. This way I can see if I am on mute fairly easily without having to pop TEAMS app to see the mic. DISLIKE: -1 star Expensive.

This Polycom is awesome. Highly recommend! Perfect for hands-free Microsoft Teams conference calling. Really like the fact that it has a wired connection option. Worth the money.

I've been using it for a week or two, and I really like it. I've used it with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex. With all three services, the "Mute" button is recognized so if I mute on the device it shows muted in the software client. It's hard to say how I'm sounding to others, but I haven't received any comments from others on the call. With regard to the battery, maybe it's by design but it never fully charges. I don't use it that way so it's no impediment to me.

Disappointing! I used this Poly speakerphone with the Bluetooth dongle and my PC. It’s a nice product design, although a little bulky. But I was not impressed with the function…especially given Polycom’s long history making speakerphones. One big problem was the speaker volume. Even at 100% max volume, I couldn’t get the volume high enough to enable 2 people sitting close together in one room to clearly hear 3 people on the other end of a Zoom call. Another problem was the microphone. On one important business call, the microphone refused to cooperate and I had to use my cell phone on speaker mode to participate the call. I ordered another speakerphone (the eMeet Luna) that was easy to set up and works great. I returned the Poly because it didn’t nearly live up to the manufacturer’s description.

i got this speaker to avoid using headphones and also microphone from my laptop is not clear. I connected this speaker to my laptop using dongle and so far no connection issues, voice is clear and is always in-sync with teams. Definetely recommend to anyone who is on teams meetings for most of the day

I had this for three days. The first day all my calls went perfect with Teams. Then the second day I started getting static whenever someone talked so I switched to my AirPods. I updated the software and and reboot my computer. Same issue. Most of the time at the beginning of the call it works, then like 5-10 mins you get static. I tried direct connecting, and using the dongle instead. Both proved the same result. I reboot the computer also same issue. My setup is a Mac mini Pro with Teams. It looks good, and worked well when it does, but I can be in meeting and all of sudden I get static where I can't hear anyone. So returning it, and going with Anker Powerconf to see if that works better.

un sonido muy claro y el micrófono funciona muy bien... quita el eco... me escuchan muy bien en mis conferencias. Si apoyas en algo, de tal manera que apunte hacia ti, todavía escuchas mucho mejor.

The Bluetooth Transceiver doesn't work. It was supposed to blink blue or green light when connected to the computer but it doesn't. Tried installing the Poly app as well. It recognizes the device but not the Bluetooth Transceiver at all. Was very excited to receive it and was looking forward to Teams calls but didn't happen.

Design e funziona sono ottimo. La gente durante una conferenza si sente bene e i altri sentono benissimo. Si poi scegliere "HD telefonia" per migliore qualità. Purtroppo, questo dispositivo parla come una cascata.... Non tutti i suoni si poi ridurre ai impostazioni: Sempre fa un beep quando si fa mute. Volume fa un beep se e sul massimo/minimo. Il buttone Teams fa un beep. Teams Integration: Mi sono aspettato di più: Il buttone Teams apre la finestra (quando Teams e acceso) della chat. Si perde la conferenza e non si ritorna con questo buttone. Mute e fatto bene in Teams e quando uno fa unmute in Teams il poly si apre. Questo mi piace. Quando uno ha due conferenze parallele il buttone lampeggia e vuole connettere al altra :-) La Versione USB-C viene senza adattare - e uno devo cercare qualcosa per ricaricare :-) A me piace e non o mando indietro, perché mi piace molto il sound delle conferenze.
