Let me be clear, prior to ordering this, I drank less than 10oz of fluids a day on avg. I don't think about drinking, I'm not thirsty, no I do not have any disorder or health condition that causes that, I'm just trained to not drink just because, no reason. Im so very picky about taste and flavor. Im trying to be more healthy and drinking more fluids. I bought drip drop, IV Hydration and LMNT to try all. IV hydro no go from first sip, LMNT intrigued my taste buds but overall too salty, but drip drop, mainly grape and fruit punch, makes me grab the bottle. I want to drink it. It's a quiet blast of flavor in your mouth with not much of a linger. Thats why you want to drink more because it feels hydrating and you miss the flavor. In the last week I'm averaging 30oz a day of just drip drop intake. May not seem like a lot, but I can feel a difference. I can finally say some 50 years later in life, I found something that makes me think about water intake anx staying hydrated. Thank you ftom one of the pickiest people on earth.

These are pretty good. I do one a day and that’s plenty. They do contain some sugar, but it minuscule compared to the other vitamins it has. The flavors are good too.

I was a bit skeptical at first considering how much I usually hate anything artificial tasting. I've tried many of the other leading competitors and I'm never able to finish the whole bag/bottle due to how unpalatable all the flavors are. This brand really surprised me! Positives: 1) Tastes pretty good (Ranking from best to not my favorite: Fruit punch, cherry, grape, watermelon, berry, strawberry lemonade, orange, lemon) I've only tried the juicy and bold varieties. My extremely selective kids even willingly drink it when they're sick and they hate anything that tastes mildly odd, chemical in nature, overly sweet. 2) Lower in sugar than other brands (Just enough to support the chemical need your body has to improve hydration) I typically dilute it in a 32 oz bottle of water instead of the recommended 8 oz. 3) No artificial colors (Just the look of gatorade makes me retch). 4) Not overly salty (Just enough for the science to work) But once again I dilute it in 32 oz of water. 5) It really improves my hydration level! I often face this problem of dehydration when I work long hours, travel, go too hard on the cocktails at karaoke, play sports on a really hot day or experience a prolonged illness (which seems to be every single month due to a child coughing in my face). This is especially a lifesaver at the end of the day when I've gone a whole day at Disneyland and refuse to pay for a bottle of $4 water. It even makes warm Disneyland drinking fountain water palatable. 5) Can be paid w/an HSA/FSA account. Negatives: It contains sucralose which is essentially Splenda. I normally actively avoid anything that has artificial sweetener. It always makes everything have a weird aftertaste and I just don't love the idea of consuming it regularly. Whatever food scientist created this concoction figured out a way to hide the taste. I was actually surprised that it was an ingredient. So I drink it in times of need, but when I really need it, it is a lifesaver!

These came in so handy for long days out, cold recovery, and keeping the kids hydrated after running wild outside. The flavors are kid‑approved, and they work quickly. I love having variety because each of the boys has a different favorite. They’ve become staples in our pantry and backpack.

Delcious and very hydrating, wish the cost was less though

Im addicted to this! I've tried so many brands and flavors and hated them all , i received this as a gift and continued buying ever since! It's amazing taste, mixes well and I drink more water! Oh and there's no aftertaste!! Or chemical taste!!

They are healthy, totally unlike a soda, taste good, and makes you feel better.
