I have been using it for almost a year now. I haven’t checked my iron level but its def helping. I am anemic and I no longer feel light headed, moody, irritable and I have more energy. Ok, so let's be real. Iron tastes bad. It does to me anyway, but it's not too bad. The consistency isn't too thick to drink easily. I have had 2 major leaks, but it was due to me not having the cap screwed on properly when I shook it. It's super easy to use and has really brought my energy levels up. I'm not sure if this has affected my sleep quality or not. I will say that I have been struggling with my iron for years and this stuff has been life saving. Any cons are drastically outweighed by the pros. Definitely try it if you are tired of iron hurting your stomach and not absorbing properly!

It has a good, easy to take taste. Cap with side marked measurements keeps it all together which I find helpful. This was an excellent choice for my health improvement supplement. However, the product was poorly packaged and arrived bag&box torn open. I was surprised the contents had not leaked out.

I believe it’s a great iron supplement, however I bought it for my son (8yo) and it’s far too nasty in taste for him to continue with it. For an adult it’s a 5 star but for the kids definitely get something else.

Gives me energy, helps me digest and not bad tasting

It works!! Had lab work done by a specialist who mentioned my iron level was low and referred me to see my primary physician. I started feeling weak and tired and constantly yawning even after a full cup of cofee. Then the headaches started. 2 days back to back of headaches. My appointment with my primary was a month away and I needed something fast. I did some research and saw that liquid iron works faster than pills and chose Floradix. First of all, it tastes like drinking a "can". The taste is awful and the smell is just as bad. Have water with you and ready to sip immediately after taking this med to wash down the horrible taste. Although it tastes like a "can", it works. By the second day my headaches went away and by third day, I wasn't tired or weak anymore. Highly recommend!!!!! Be careful when pouring into the measuring cup, it has a large spout and tends to spill.
